Now there’s a new Lightweight Fittings family that is ideal for handling a complete range of well servicing fluids at cold working pressures to 20,000 psi. Available in 1- to 4-inch sizes, FMC fittings feature high-quality forged construction with integral Weco wing union end connections for a high-strength, high-integrity connection every time. Tees, elbows, crosses, wyes, and laterals can be combined to suit virtually any installation. Like other FMC flowline products, FMC’s Integral Fittings come with full material traceability and can be supplied with Charpy impact values.

Pup joints (flowline pipes) are pipe lines with thread, flange or union connectors on both ends, designed to be compatible with FMC Chiksan pup joints and SPM pup joints.Various pup joints are available for high/low pressure and temperature and H2S environment,such as integral pup joints( 10 feet length to handle fluids at cold working pressure), sour gas pup joints, pressure thread seal straight pipes and non-pressure thread seal pup joints.

Pup joints are forged from superior alloy steel with partial heat treating process, which are widely used for transporting high pressure flow in fracturing line, cementing line and NACE Service. Pup joints have been optimized for minimum weight and size to extend service life, easy to transport and install on site.

- Integral pup joints can be made available with two models, one is plain integral pup joints, another is pup joints with retaining shoulder, integral pup joints with retention shoulder features specially machined shoulder to prevent nut from sliding down pup joints when held vertically.

High pressure Pup joint is a kind of pressure pipe with hammer union end or flange end connection,the high pressure pup joint can be made integral or weld type which end connection is welded to pipe. Cost of Intergal type is higher than welded type.

Hammer union end connection pup joint is designed to interchangable with weco wing union, including Fig100, Fig206, Fig207, Fig602, Fig1002, Fig1502, Fig2002, Fig2202 and etc.

Flange end connection pup joint is designed according to API 6A or ASME standard. Working pressure of pup joint is from 2,000 psi to 20,000psi.Manufacturing theory is according to API 16C. Our company supply high pressure weco pup joints with four types:
