We have high quality Robert-Shaw thermostat gas controls which are ideal for smokers, smokehouses, deep fryers, hog roasters, pig cookers, and many other set-temperature control range applications.These thermostat gas control units are all-in-one assemblies which do not require electricity to operate. They have a built-in safety so that if the pilot light extinguishes, the gas to both the pilot and the burner(s) will be shut off within 20-30 seconds. Thermostat gas control unitscome with thermocouple, pilot light with tubing, piezo spark-ignitor to light the pilot, a temperature probe, and a 3/8” ID outlet gas hose. These pieces are all 5"-6’ in length. Thermostat gas control units will turn the burner on and off based upon the set temperature control range. Theycan be used with low pressure propane or natural gas; maximum inlet pressure is 0.5 psi.

This White Rodgers Safety Valve offers 100% shut off of both the pilot and the main gas burner if the pilot light is extinguished or is not sufficiently combusting. It is thermocouple-operated and does not require electricity to operate. It features a three-position control knob: Off, Pilot, and On.

This unit comes with the pilot light with 6" of ¼” aluminum tubing and a 6’ long thermocouple. This can be used with all domestic heating gases delivered up to 0.5 psi max. It offers two different gas inlets for your choice of a side inlet or bottom inlet and also includes the plug to seal the inlet opposite your choice. The inlets and outlet of the valve are ½” F NPT. Included are two bushings to reduce the inlet and outlet to 3/8” F NPT.

The functional standard conforms in all aspects to CSA and Delta C for international high quality standard, which complies with low pressure 1/2PSI gas appliances.
