We are a nationwide company with multiple sales offices located in the United States. We are industrial distributors and fabricators specializing in lifting and rigging products. Currently we have an immediate opening for a General Manager with strong leadership qualities and a high level of integrity for our Tacoma, Washingtonlocation.

Provide management oversight to the warehouse staff regarding the tactical operating needs in support of the goal to maximize efficiencies, increase quality and exercise safety procedures.

Provide direction for the recruitment, selection, orientation, development and retention of a high caliber staff; ensures that well qualified individuals are hired and properly trained to carry out the organization"s mission.

The customer base will include commercial, industrial, construction and elevator service companies in the Washington area. The primary sales emphasis is wire rope, chain, synthetic slings, hoists, lifting beams and related rigging products.

Successful candidate should have a minimum of 3-4 years sales and managerial experience, familiarity with computer software applications such as MS Word and Excel, and a basic understanding of business accounting principles. Experience with the elevator wire rope, chain and rigging industries is a definite plus; although not required.
