For maximum performance and durability, our modules are made from individually forged, heat-treated alloy steel and feature an API 7 valve assembly for improved flow. Our L-shaped design features bore-seal technology for improved seal performance in higher pressures and is compatible with numerous “F-Series” drilling pumps including Honghua®, Bomco® Rongsheng®, Workforce® and other similar designs.

Mud pump liners The ceramic, chrome iron sleeved, and hardened steel liners are manufactured using only the highest-grade materials and offer extended run times with excellent resistance to abrasion, erosion, and corrosion.

Mud pump piston rods We manufacture crosshead extension rods, quick connect rods, self-aligning rod assemblies, and piston rods for all types of mud pump manufacturers. All rods are manufactured from high-quality materials and machined to exact tolerances to provide long life and superior service

Mud pump pistons We offer pistons of all styles and compositions designed for various types of drilling applications. All pistons are designed to provide consistent run times, minimize downtime, and reduce maintenance.

A new innovation either refurbishing existing fluid ends (subject to initial condition), or as a new fluid end with a significantly reduced manufacturing cost !. The revised fluid end is fitted with single unit cartridge style check valves, which are easily accessed, allowing simpler maintenance and improving operational efficiency.

An expendable needs to be dependable until its replacement. This is the very essence of the approach at ShalePumps towards all components, classified as expendables in Oil Exploration and Production. Mud Pump Fluid End Modules are absolutely vital to the operations of a Mud Pump. Machined from the highest quality of forged material, the fluid end modules have a very high threshold for cracking. This lends the fluid end modules longer life which in turn has a positive effect on overall operations.

All fluid end modules that leave the plant at ShalePumps got through a battery of tests that include hydrostatic testing. With assured integrity of the materials that go into all fluid end modules, the mud pumps can be operated with greater confidence.

The residual stress testing procedures are rigorous and translate into steady performance under exerted pressure in operations. All fluid end modules that go into the mud pumps are tested through scientifically proven fabrication techniques. Part of the reason why our expendables are always dependable till the extended duty cycle comes to the end of its operational life.

Mud Pump Fluid End Module is forged by high-quality alloy steel 35CrMo or 40CrMnMo. It has no defects such as interlayer, crack, impurity, looseness and over-burning. Welding is not allowed. The Mud Pump Fluid End Module is in full compliance with API7K standard and is inspected according to the third-grade forging and internal hardening treatment, high durability. Above process is strictly checked and strict non-destructive testing.

We also served as the acting shop and field repair representative for the Western Gear Company and as a manufacturing facility for Wilson Manufacturing Company based in Wichita Falls, Texas. Wilson was a manufacturer of well service rigs and mud pumps. SMC Inc. has served and currently serves as a manufacturing and repair center for Oil Well Supply, Cabot-Franks, National, Halliburton, The Western Company, B.J. Hughes, Gardner Denver and many others. We manufacture a triplex pump of 165 H.P. with parts interchangeable to the Gardner Denver model TEE and are currently developing a 500 H.P. pump with parts interchangeable to Oilwell"s SA-644-5 pump. SMC has a large warehouse full of quality replacement parts for various types of equipment such as Triplex Plunger Pumps, Mud Pumps, Swivels, Drawworks and Rotaries.

We manufacture positive displacement pumps and replacement parts vital to the oil industry worldwide. We have customers that include both domestic and foreign oil companies. We also manufacture and repair a variety of products used in routine maintenance by customers with rock crushers, aggregate and commercial cement manufacturing plants.

TSC"s high-strength, triple reduction, forged steel triplex fluid end modules are made from 4135 alloy steel and heat treated for long working life. These modules are machined to perfection and packaged for delivery.

Manufactured to withstand the toughest drilling and environmental conditions, our K-Series triplex mud pumps are ideal for all drilling applications. This legacy product features a balanced forged-steel crankshaft and Southwest Oilfield Products ‘L” Shaped modules which is essential to minimize wear, noise, and operating vibrations. These attributes are essential when drilling deeper high pressure formations, long laterals and when handling corrosive or abrasive fluids and slurries.

Every American Block triplex mud pump is manufactured and fully load tested before leaving our manufacturing campus, and is available in sizes ranging from 800 HP to 2200 HP. The American Block K1600 HP Mud Pump is also available in a 2000 HP up-grade version, when more HP is needed in the same 1600 HP footprint.

Upper and lower valve guides are important parts for the fluid end of mud pump in oil drilling. The upper type acts as a connector of valve spring and valve cover inside the hydraulic cylinder. It plays a guiding role in valve operation. The lower one is a connector of valve spring and hydraulic cylinder inside the cylinder. It has the function of fixing and guiding the valve operation.
