All of our gear set adopt high-end carburization heat treatment and precise grinding machining to offer unparalleled durability; first we use high strength alloy steel, then adopt the Carburization heat treatment to enhance the hardness and wearability, finally adopt the grinding fine machining to ensure the smooth gear teeth surface; Resulting in consistent and rugged performance throughout pump operation.

BOPM bonded urethane pistonsare constructed of urethane, bonded to a steel hub. The double durometer urethane is designed to provide optimal performance in oil or water based mud and high drilling pressures.

Mud pump fluid end assembly mainly consists of fluid end, valve assembly, liners and pistons. All sealing parts are tightened, featuring good sealing performance. Vertical fluid end features good suction performance. Mud pump fluid end parts are interchangeable with abroad brands, such as EMSCO, IDECO, OILWELL, GARDNER DENVOR, NATIONAL, SKYTOP, OPI, WIRTH, WILSON, GASO pump parts.

Fluid end is made of forged alloy steel and three fluid ends of each pump are interchangeable. On customers" request, the fluid end surface can be nickel-plated to improve the abrasion resistance. Shear relief valve and discharge strainer are fitted at the discharge outlet.

The suction valve and discharge valve of F-series mud pump are interchangeable. F-500 mud pump uses API 5# valve, F-800/1000 mud pumps use API 6# valve. F-1300/1600/1600HL mud pumps use API 7# valve. D-2200/2200HL mud pumps use API 8# valve.

Piston and piston rod are of slide fit and sealed with rubber seal rings. They are fastened with lock nuts to prevent the piston from loosing. Fluid end, liner, piston, valve and seat, valve spring, seal ring and gasket, valve cover and cylinder head fluid end assembly for F-800 and F-1000 mud pumps are interchangeable. Fluid end assemblies of F-1300 and F-1600 mud pump are selfsame.

For maximum performance and durability, our modules are made from individually forged, heat-treated alloy steel and feature an API 7 valve assembly for improved flow. Our L-shaped design features bore-seal technology for improved seal performance in higher pressures and is compatible with numerous “F-Series” drilling pumps including Honghua®, Bomco® Rongsheng®, Workforce® and other similar designs.

A mud pump (sometimes referred to as a mud drilling pump or drilling mud pump), is a reciprocating piston/plunger pump designed to circulate drilling fluid under high pressure (up to 7,500 psi or 52,000 kPa) down the drill string and back up the annulus. A mud pump is an important part of the equipment used for oil well drilling and manufactured according to API specification 7K.

The advantages of the drilling mud pump include the ability to move high-solids-content fluids laden with abrasives, the ability to pump large particles, ease of operation and maintenance, reliability, and the ability to operate over a wide range of pressures and flow rates by changing the diameter of pump liners and pistons.

The fluid end includes cylinders (module), valve assembly, cylinder liners, piston assembly, suction manifold, discharge manifold, piston rod, pulsation dampener assembly, etc.

As an important equipment for oilfield drilling operation, a drilling mud pump delivers circulating high-pressure drilling fluid or drilling mud to the bottom of the oil well, flushes the bottom of the well, breaks the rock, cools, lubricates and clean the drill bit, and carries the cuttings back to the ground.

The drilling mud is also used to suspend and carry out drill cuttings from the drill bits as it is brought in and out of the hole. This ensures that the drill bit does not clog and overheat, and makes the entire drilling operation smooth and safe.

Rotational power is supplied to the mud pump through an external power source like a diesel engine or electric motor. The power end of the mud pump converts the rotational energy through a crankshaft to a reciprocating motion of pistons.

The pistons move back and forth in mud pump liners, exerting a force on the cylinder chamber. During the retraction of the piston, valves open to allow the fluid to be drawn into the cylinder. Once the piston has fully retracted, it is pushed back into the cylinder.

At this time the intake valves are closed and the exhaust valves open, allowing the piston to force the fluid out of the cylinder under pressure. Once the piston reaches its maximum depth into the cylinder, the exhaust valves close and the process repeats.
