Continental Emsco Drilling Products, Inc., which consisted of Emsco drilling machinery and Wilson mobile rigs, was purchased by National-Oilwell, Inc on July 7, 1999. To our knowledge, no pumps have been manufactured and sold under the Emsco brand name since National-Oilwell acquired them.

Fairbanks Morse pumps are currently manufactured in Kansas City, Kansas. Fairbanks Morse is a division of Pentair ever since August, 1997 when Pentair purchased the General Signal Pump Group.

Gaso pumps are manufactured by National Oilwell Varco. Gaso was acquired as "Wheatley Gaso" by National-Oilwell in the year 2000. At the time, Wheatley Gaso was owned by Halliburton.

Skytop Brewster pumps are no longer available as new pumps. Skytop Brewster(Cnsld Gold), a unit of Hansen PLC"s Consolidated Gold Fields subsidiary, was acquired while in bankruptcy by National-Oilwell, Inc. in November, 1999.

The IDECO 800 Mud Pump is a triplex mud pump; two are available for immediate sale.  The IDECO 800 Mud Pump is powered by a CAT D398 diesel engine.  Both units are unitized onto a master skid with plumbing and pulsation dampeners.  The engine includes an Ingersoll-Rand air starter. One unit has a belt drive and the other has a chain box.

We supply unitized mud pump packages driven by DC or AC electric motors or diesel engines for electric and mechanical drilling rigs. The client can select DC or AC motors and diesel engine brands such as Caterpillar, Detroit, Cummins or others. Standard build includes TEFC motor. “Explosion proof” motors are also available. This belt driven unit is easily adjusted and permanently aligned. The triplex piston type pump is simple, rugged and reliable. 50 Hz or 60 Hz motors are available at any common three-phase voltage input. A preset, adjustable pressure relief valve is standard equipment.

Rating is 25 US gpm (95 L) with disc type valves or 20 US gpm (76 L) with ball valves. Disc valves are intended for use with clean fluids and ball valves are suited to drilling mud solutions. The pumps are available with optional materials of construction to suit special applications.

The X-series mud pump type PD X-3.004 SG HDD manufactured by PRIME DRILLING impresses with its robust and low-wear design. The 7-fold bearing mounted drive shaft, which is equipped with 3 eccentric wheels, replaces the conventional crankshaft. Due to the revolution of these shafts and their maximum 230 rotations per minute operational wear of rubbers and liners are reduced to a minimum.

The pump is driven by a 470 kW CAT engine. This type of mud pump is exclusively manufactured in our Wenden plant, i.e. „made in Germany“. Its electronic gearshift in combination with eccentric wheels used instead of a crankshaft make it a high- power but low- maintenance product. All valves and plungers also comply with API standards.

Huaxin can assemble mud pump skid with engine or motor. Engines are available in Caterpillar, Detroit, Cummins, JDEC and other brands requested by customers.
