Our Pumps are built to exacting air-tight standards making them the easiest to pump and prime. They’re fabricated with an anodized aluminum cylinder, durable stainless steel shaft, a precision machined cast aluminum head, and a tough, smooth solid aluminum leg. Pulled this out of the box, seen how it was constructed and the first thought that crossed my mind was what a rip off. Definitely not worth $300 for the box + $200 for handle + $300 for the pump. The thing is engineered so cheap and designed to force you to buy a pump that you really shouldn"t need, there are two stops that you have to take off to clean out the box when you are done, if they simply put wing nuts on these stops instead of screws you would have absolutely no need for the $300 pump. Even more laughable that they charge you an Extra $80 for the attachment to the pump to fill other items that you purchase from them. If this thing was $60-70 bucks then i could recommend buying it and I am sure every home owner would have one.. Too bad these people in their greed did not think of making money by selling a lot of these and opted to price gouge instead.

Drywall Master Taping Tools Extended Quick Clean Mud Pump is used to fill automatic taping tools with mud compound. DrywallMaster pump uses gooseneck (sold separately) to fill automatic taper. Box filler (also sold separately) attaches to pump to fill all other finishing tools. Industry exclusive double o-ring head seal on Drywall Master mud pump keeps mud from seeping between head and pump tube for better seal and easier separating, cleaning or maintenance.

Unique dual o-ring head seal keeps mud from getting between head casting and pump tube. This makes pump easier to separate for cleaning or maintenance.

The Loading Pump, with appropriate accessories (Gooseneck and/or Filler Adapter), is used to fill the following tools: Automatic Taper, Corner Applicator/Corner Box, Nail Spotter, and Flat Box. Attach the Gooseneck to fill the Automatic Taper. Attach the Filler Adapter to fill the Nail Spotter, Corner Applicator, and Flat Box. Simply hang the tube of Loading Pump into a bucket of mud, leaving the leg of the Pump on the floor. Attach the appropriate accessory to the pump. Prime the Pump by pumping the handle a couple of times. Now you should be ready to fill your tool.

Mud Pump Valve & Seat are made of premium alloy steel through one-piece forging and carburizing treatment processes, thereby ensuring high intensity. In addition, the precise calculation is performed and CNC machining is conducted for the dimensional matching of the valve seat and valve body working angles to enhance the service life of the valve body and valve seat. Our valve products are able to work smoothly in normal mining and digging conditions for over 400 hours.

Most definitely the Cadillac of the industry. What makes our liner so great? We use a proprietary hard surface coating Merriloy on all Merrimac liners. Merriloy is extremely non-corrosive and wear resistant. If you have not purchased a Merrimac liner, then you are most likely using the following wear surfaces: pig iron (chrome iron), chrome plated, carburized, flame hardened, Ceramic. With the exception of ceramics, these hard surfaces are old technology and are lacking the wear properties needed for liners. Merriloy gives you a wear surface that will greatly increase hourly run times. If you’re tired of replacing expensive liners due to short runs. Tired of seeing rust and corrosion on liners because the pump sat idle, try a Merriloy liner and experience less down time and the savings on your bottom dollar.

Diesel Mud pumps (temporally not available due to lack of engines 12/1/22) features 2-stage, 44 to 1 gear reduction with a large diameter output gear and heavy duty ball bearing construction. Suction and discharge port size cannot be reduced. Due to positive pumping action of diaphragm pumps, by all mfr"s, the discharge is recommended to only be 25FT long unless oversized. Discharge can not be restricted. There is no relief valve.
