- Fewer components - the new pump design reduces the number of parts. This is possible thanks to the introduction of a technology with much higher manufacturing accuracy both in housings and covers and, above all, in gears (Class VI gearing). As a result, the pumps achieve a longer service life with lower weight.

- Smaller pump dimensions - the new generation pumps are about 15% shorter in the direction of the wheel axle. At the same time, they retain the same performance as the " classic " construction.

PTO or Speed up gear boxes are primarily used on agricultural tractors where more hydraulic power is required than the system on the tractor can provide.

The quick release coupling on the gear box attaches to the tractor PTO shaft and steps up the PTO speed to one much more suited to the efficient speed of a hydraulic pump. A Gear pump is fitted to the other side of the gear box.

Each pump is assemblied with zero clearance between the housing and the tips of the gear teeth, then test run until the teeth establish a proper wear path in the housing. The result is a much tighter clearance than found in traditional pumps or imported pumps.
