The TP03 and TP08 lines of trash pumps are a great example of the power of hydraulics when it comes to pumping liquids with solids. The TP03 pump provides 450 gallons per minute (1688 lpm) of discharge capacity and can pump solids up to 3 inch (76 mm) in diameter. The TP08 has a 800 gpm (3028 lpm) of discharge capacityand can pump up to 4 inch (102 mm) diameter solids.
The SM50 water pump is fitted with dripless flat-faced HTMA quick couplers for easy connecting and disconnecting of the pump and hydraulic system. The water outlet is a 3-inch pipe thread fitted with a 3-inch groove fitting to which can be connected a cam hose end fitting. Access to the pumping chamber for cleaning requires the removal of only two cap screws. The motor with the impeller attached is then easily removed from the pump casing. The SM50 can draw down water to a depth of 3.5 inches. Putting the SM50 in a sump will allow it to pump all but 3.5 inches of water remaining in the sump. The integral screen effectively keeps solids larger than 3/8 of an inch out of the pump. The pump will handle clear water and water containing up to 10% solids.
The Stanley TP03 Submersible Trash Pump boasts 450 gpm of output flow, this pump is an efficient way to move large volumes of liquid with concentrations of solids up to 25% by volume. The TP03 handles solids up to 3 inches in size and is used for dredging and light cleaning tasks. The urethane bowl and impeller is abrasion resistant, resilient and impervious to petrochemical solvents. No priming necessary, just drop it into the material and it’s ready for work.
The urethane bowl is virtually indestructible - tough, lightweight, abrasion resistant, resilient and impervious to petrochemical solvents. The Stanley TP03 can pump almost anything without damaging the bowl.
The Stanley TP03 Submersible Trash Pump’s efficient design places the urethane impeller above material flow, reducing blockage, jamming and overall pump wear while keeping liquids moving fast enough to pump high volumes of solids at a much higher head than non-submersible pumps.
Note:In an effort to improve portability and ease of use, modifications have been made to all TP03 and TP08 model trash pumps. For both pumps a quick link clip (p/n 73577) and carrying handle (p/n 73576) were added and connected to the eyelet located on the top plate. The rounded handle allows for increased comfort while carrying when compared to the previous square handle. With the clip feature, the handle can be removed to allow for large crane hooks to attach to the eyelet. In addition, the color of the TP03 urethane bowl has been changed from black to yellow. This change was made to increase pump visibility while operating in murkier substances or liquids.
Stanley hydraulic pumps is submersible and exemplify the pure power of hydraulic tools. The SM50 pump discharges an impressive 500 gallons per minute (1890 lpm) while it"s small size allows it to fit in a box 11 inches deep by 10 inches square (26.7 cm x 25.4 cm).
The motor drives the impeller directly, so there are no spindle bearings that requires periodical lubricant or replacement. The cast stainless steel, semi-closed impeller resists corrosion. A series of seals on the drive shaft effectively keep fluid and pumped water where they belong while allowing the pump to be run dry without sudden seal failure.

This is a rebuilt Stanley hydraulic water pump with a 2.5" outlet. This pump runs on 8 - 12 GPM with a max flow of 500 GPM and operates at 1,000 - 2,000 PSI.
Stanley detwatering pumps, the pure power of hydraulic tools is also exemplified in our trash pumps. Our TP03 pump discharges an impressive 450 gallons per minute (1688 lpm) and can handle up to 3 inch (76 mm) diameter solids. Our TP08 discharges 800 gpm (3028 lpm) and can handle up to 4 inch (102 mm) solids.
The Stanley SM21 Water Pump is one of the lightest and most durable pumps available. It’s capability of pumping 300 gpm (1135 lpm) at a 50 foot head make it ideal for vaults, manholes and more specifically in confined narrow openings.
The SM21 will out pump most all gasoline engine driven pumps. There is no recoil starting, priming or suction hose as with gas engine driven pumps. It can be run dry without damage. Submersed into the water and with its easy hookup to a power unit, the SM21 is instantly pumping. The cast iron impeller of the SM21 is within 3/4 of an inch of the base allowing the pump to remove more liquids than other pumps. With only a few moving parts, the SM21 is virtually maintenance free.

The SM20 will out-pump most all gasoline engine driven pumps. There is no recoil starting, priming or suction hose as with gas engine driven pumps. It can be run dry without damage. Submersed into the water and with its easy hookup to a power unit, the SM20 is instantly pumping. The abrasion resistant cast iron inlet wear ring is easily replaced from the inlet sit of the pump. With only a few moving parts, the SM20 is virtually maintenance free.
