I would give this pump a solid 5 however because the quality, packaging, price was awesome! The shipping was pretty quick also. I wish I would have seen a spot to chat with an agent when I was trying to make the right selection although or a really good specs high light. Would be nice if you could at least put in information on what the well specs etc was and as a result of entering said information the computer kick back best choices.
