Our single pointer systems use a 6" aluminum cast gauge to detect the slightest pressure changes and come with three different sensors: diaphragm gauge protector, 1:1 piston separator and 4:1 debooster gauge protector. The  Crown compound pointer system uses  unique pointer design that affords the reader to see the smallest pressure changes at a glance. Crown"s unitized pressure gauges are gauge and protector in one and can be mounted on a standpipe and seen up to 60 ft. away. Since 1983, Centerline Manufacturing has been involved in the design, manufacture, and production of drilling equipment, support equipment, and tooling for the water well industry. Our line of mud pumps include several new milestone technologies not found anywhere else in the industry.

Provides 150-180* GPM (Gallon Per Minute) of standard mud flow at 350 psi continuous. The 180 GPM is a provisional condition that requires the mud pressure to be below 275 psi and the hydraulic oil temperature below 165 degrees F.

Provides 300-360* GPM (Gallon Per Minute) of standard mud flow at 350 psi Continuous.  The 360 GPM is a provisional condition that requires the mud pressure to be below 275 psi and the hydraulic oil temperature below 165 degrees F.

Provides 450-540* GPM (Gallon per Minute) of standard mud flow ar 350 psi Continuous.  The 540 GPM is a provisional condition that requires the mud pressure to be below 275 psi and the hydraulic oil temperature below 165 degrees F.

The PZ 2400 features a Y-shaped module design, meaning less stress is placed on the pumps internal components and higher flow rates can be achieved with improved fatigue life.

Mud Pump Pulsation Dampener is a pneumatic device built into the outflow line of each UUD pump to dampen the pressure fluctuations resulting from the action of the pump. Although presented as a surge tank, this device is really a device that can be tuned to greatly diminish the output pulsations transmitted downstream from the mud pump. Unfortunately, the effectiveness of the pulsation dampener is a function of both output pump pressure and frequency of the pump pulsations.
