Our manufacturer Mud Pump skid is suitable for operations in rough, windy, damp and dusty oilfield conditions. Dependent upon customer horsepower requirements the engine sizes will vary.

All equipment is rated for operating at ambient temperatures up to +120 Deg F at 1200 ft altitude. The unit is built on heavy duty oilfield skid with lift frame. The control system is mounted in a stainless steel box on the side of the unit. The digital display provides all important engine and transmission data. Unit is also equipped with emergency kill function.

Continental Emsco Drilling Products, Inc., which consisted of Emsco drilling machinery and Wilson mobile rigs, was purchased by National-Oilwell, Inc on July 7, 1999. To our knowledge, no pumps have been manufactured and sold under the Emsco brand name since National-Oilwell acquired them.

Fairbanks Morse pumps are currently manufactured in Kansas City, Kansas. Fairbanks Morse is a division of Pentair ever since August, 1997 when Pentair purchased the General Signal Pump Group.

Gaso pumps are manufactured by National Oilwell Varco. Gaso was acquired as "Wheatley Gaso" by National-Oilwell in the year 2000. At the time, Wheatley Gaso was owned by Halliburton.

Skytop Brewster pumps are no longer available as new pumps. Skytop Brewster(Cnsld Gold), a unit of Hansen PLC"s Consolidated Gold Fields subsidiary, was acquired while in bankruptcy by National-Oilwell, Inc. in November, 1999.

Bentec completely redeveloped the concept of Mud Pumps. Being equipped with a direct-driven gearbox, an own developed motor, and a state-of-the-art pump housing, there is no need for an internal gear coming with many disadvantages and no more belt tensioning.

Bentec Mud Pumps are light weight and have a small footprint. The AC-powered motor is top or rear mounted – suitable for any drilling rig arrangement. The pump is available with 5 000 or 7 500 psi fluid ends, and all its parts that are subject to wear and tear meet API standards and are available worldwide.

A handling crane makes it easy to handle the fluid end components. Furthermore, Bentec uses a patented liner and valve clamping technology to reduce the maintenance time significantly. A quick-change liner and piston system serves for easy maintenance. A special feature of the Bentec MUD PUMP is the side-mounted gear drive.

Liner cooling and gear oiler systems are included; a supercharge pump and a noise reduction package can be installed upon request. The Bentec MUD PUMP is the right choice especially when it comes to noise-sensitive environments such offshore or densely populated environments.

We have been focusing on producing triplex single-action mud pump and its accessories since we built our company. So far, we can offer two series products that are respectively the F-series and 3NB-series. Our F-series drilling pumps including models of RLF-500, RLF-800, RLF-1000, RLF-1300, RLF-1600 and RLF-2200 are designed and manufactured strictly in accordance with the API 7K specification (Certificate No.: 7K-0130) based on the American Emsco F-series drilling pump. Our products of the 3NB-series cover models of 3NB-350, 3NB-500, 3NB-600, 3NB-800, 3NB-1000A/D, 3NB-1300A/D and 3NB-1600. They are designed and produced following the standard formulated by Ministry of Petroleum Industry of China and can meet the needs of different customers.

Our F-series triplex mud pumps are designed and manufactured based on the American Emsco F-series mud pump strictly in accordance with API 7K specification. All of the expendable parts are interchangeable with any other similar spare parts produced according to API specification.

The optimized design helps to improve the suction performance of our products and extend the service life of the expendable parts. Triplex mud pumps of the RL3NB series are produced and tested strictly in accordance with the SY5138 standard formulated by Ministry of Petroleum Industry of China.

Customized Mud PumpWe can design and manufacture customized pump used for mud drilling according to customer"s requirement. We provide not only the mud pump itself, but also the power system and transmission system to make a pump package. After being assembled on the well site, the pump package is ready to work.

Since all the expendable parts are compatible with other similar parts made in accordance with the API specification, F-series mud pumps are easy to maintain all over the world.

Due to compact solid structure and small size, the F-series products have excellent performance to meet the drilling technological requirements of high pumping pressure and high displacement. Designed with longer stroke for lower working stroke rate, these products have fine water filling performance and buffering performance in suction pipelines. Meanwhile, the service life of the expendable parts in the fluid end will be extended as well. The power end of this series product is durable since its lubricating system combines forced lubrication and splash lubrication together.

Because of limited parts supply, the 3NB-series mud pumps mainly sell domestically. In resent years, due to cheaper price, they become more and more popular in oversea countries, especially in Kazakhstan and Russia.

We can also design mud pump package mainly composed of the power system, transmission system and the pump itself, according to customer’s environment. Other facilities like filling system, manifolds and control system are also available. Diesel engine driving and electric motor (DC/AC variable frequency motor) driving are optional. As to transmission mode, we provide gear reducer, hydraulic coupler and hydraulic torque converter for your selection. After being assembled on the well site, the pump package will go into operation.

Mud Pump is also a popular concept of a wide range of pumps. Different regions, habits, and ultimately the pump type will not be the same. The mud pump described in this entry is a pump type in most sense: Applied mud pumps in the field of oil drilling. In fact, some non-clean water pumps and mud pumps, such as sewage pumps and slurry pumps, are also commonly used when they are called.

Mud pump refers to a machine that transports mud or water and other flushing fluid into the borehole during drilling. Mud pumps are an important part of drilling equipment.

In the commonly used positive circulation drilling, it is to send the surface flushing medium—clear water, mud or polymer rinsing liquid to the bottom end of the drill bit through a high-pressure hose, faucet and drill rod center hole under a certain pressure. Cool the drill bit, remove the cut debris and transport it to the surface.

The commonly used mud pump is a piston type or a plunger type, and the crankshaft of the pump is driven by the power machine, and the crankshaft passes the crosshead to drive the piston or the plunger to reciprocate in the pump cylinder. Under the alternating action of the suction and discharge valves, the purpose of pumping and circulating the flushing liquid is achieved.

The X-series mud pump type PD X-3.004 SG HDD manufactured by PRIME DRILLING impresses with its robust and low-wear design. The 7-fold bearing mounted drive shaft, which is equipped with 3 eccentric wheels, replaces the conventional crankshaft. Due to the revolution of these shafts and their maximum 230 rotations per minute operational wear of rubbers and liners are reduced to a minimum.

The pump is driven by a 470 kW CAT engine. This type of mud pump is exclusively manufactured in our Wenden plant, i.e. „made in Germany“. Its electronic gearshift in combination with eccentric wheels used instead of a crankshaft make it a high- power but low- maintenance product. All valves and plungers also comply with API standards.
