The IDECO 800 Mud Pump is a triplex mud pump; two are available for immediate sale.  The IDECO 800 Mud Pump is powered by a CAT D398 diesel engine.  Both units are unitized onto a master skid with plumbing and pulsation dampeners.  The engine includes an Ingersoll-Rand air starter. One unit has a belt drive and the other has a chain box.

Those best quality components include Cat® C15 475 hp engines, which MPI have fitted to their industry-leading pumps. Peter says the C15’s were chosen for their reliability. The C15 boast a gear train with increased capacity and decreasing noise volume; the option of laminated front housing, which significantly diminishes decibel output; oil pan isolation, which reduces volume; and a multi-layered steel hard gasket for improved durability. The C15 also features a steel spacer between two layers of spring steel to increase the gasket’s resilience, which in turn increases the life of the engine by decreasing leakage; and a highly efficient oil filter that reduces engine wear and enhances contamination control. These are attributes that contribute to the efficiency and reliability of MPI’s mud pump offering.

Schäfer Pumpen & Hydraulik heavy-duty triplex mud pumps are built for continuous operation for boring fluids operating at pressures of up to 530 bar and with maximum pumping rates of 230 m³/h.

With high volumetric efficiency and superlative running smoothness, these pumps are extremely low maintenance – and thanks to their rigid construction, they are lightweight and easily transportable.

Tango has TRIPLEX mud pumps for rent. The 446 (as shown) is our most popular and has the capability to pump up to 660GPM at 2,800psi. Larger pumps are also available.

Tango has for rent a HT400 Well Service Plunger Pump (as shown) capable of 600 GPM or 3000 psi. This Well Service Pump is suitable for High Pressure Well Treating Applications.

Tango also stocks water transfer and sludge pumps for rental and sale which come in a variety of sizes available from 1,000lpm to 6,000lpm up to 50 metres of head.
