The NV-7500 Mud Gate Valve is a full metal to metal sealing gate valve for use in applications up to 7500 psi. The NV-7500 uses single piece seat rings creating an upstream metal to metal seal. The upstream design helps eliminate debris contamination into the valve body and reduces wear on the internal components.

TSC mud pump pistons improve drilling contractor economics through utilizing advanced technology, improved process control and increased drilling penetration rates. The single durometer design and open mold casting contribute to overall performance and improve economics.

Our product range includes a wide range of Advance" Series Nitrile Bonded Pistons, Piston Rubber Assemblies, Valve Cover Gaskets, Liner Gaskets, Pulsation Dampeners & Stabilizer, Pinnacle" Series Piston Assembly and Valve Spares.

Advance series pistons are constructed of Nitrile rubber bonded to a solid metal hub. The oil resistant rubber is designed to provide optimum performance in oil base or water base mud and high drilling pressures.

SEPL Pulsation Dampeners are manufactured by using blend of Hydrogenated Nitrille Rubber most suitable for such application, strongly bonded with metal wherever requirement. They are available for Oil Well / National and Other Mud Pumps suitable for models K-10-5000 and K-20-5000 of Hydril, dampeners.

Valve Seat, Valve Body and Valve Nut are manufactured by using forged carbon steel / stainless steel as per the requirement of the users, suitably hardened grounded finished and hard-coated, wherever required. Special care is taken for dimensional matching between Valve Seat and Valve Body working angles to ensure long-life under severest of working conditions. Inserts are available in polyurethane and other polymers to suit customers" requirement.

Valve Assemblies consisting of Valve Seat, Valve Body, & Valve Insert are available for different API valve pot size. Special care is taken for the dimensional matching of valve seat and valve body working angles for ensuring very high life even under extreme working conditions. Valve Inserts are made out of high quality polyurethane material.

Four-wing guided valves and full open seats which feature greater fluid flow through the full open seat. The full open seat provides easier valve maintenance and seat pulling, in valve-over- valve fluid ends.

Innovative one piece casting valve design eliminates snap rings, plates or keepers providing reduced maintenance by snap-on valve inserts and easy installation. This combination will handle lost circulation material better than most conventional style valves and seats while the seating angle greatly improves flow characteristics and the heavy-duty load bearing capacity greatly improves service life.

SEPL offers very high quality and precision machined sleeved bi-metallic liners finished to relevant API dimensions. They are available for various pumps, manufactured by Oil Well, National, Gardner Denver, Omega, Ellis Williums, Bournedrill and others. They are available in different sizes ranging from 5" to 7.1/2" diameter. Accurate mirror finish at inside diameter of the liner ensures very high lives for the Pistons.
