mud pump sprocket factory
Ryle Manufacturing makes sprockets unique to oilfield truck winches. They are usually size ¾” pitch size 60 roller chain and 1” pitch size 80 roller chain, single and double strand and hardened teeth. The size 80 roller chain, single and double strand sprockets are by far the most popular for oilfield winch sprockets. The unique feature on oilfield winch sprockets is the keyway. The keyways found on winch sprockets are either oversized, undersized or standard sized on common shaft sizes. The most common keyways found on oilfield winch sprockets are oversized i.e. a 1-1/4” shaft has a 5/16” keyway instead of a standard ¼” keyway.
Established by Hogan Ryle in 1948, expanded by Wallace Ryle through the 1990s, and presently presided over by the third generation, Ryle Manufacturing Company is poised to be a leader in the power transmission industry through the next millennium. Ryle also carries a large stock of sprockets for immediate delivery! We have thousands of drawings in house. We provide made to order sprockets for many industries. Call us today!
Each Pump Sprocket is made with high strength and toughness steel, heat treated to give the product excellent quality, durability and reliability in use.
These workhorses keep the mud flowing and your rig running. If theyʼre not working, youʼre not working. We make everything from the crankshaft to the liner seal to the skid. Each one is precision engineered for your rig so you can get back to turning.
Continental Emsco Drilling Products, Inc., which consisted of Emsco drilling machinery and Wilson mobile rigs, was purchased by National-Oilwell, Inc on July 7, 1999. To our knowledge, no pumps have been manufactured and sold under the Emsco brand name since National-Oilwell acquired them.
Fairbanks Morse pumps are currently manufactured in Kansas City, Kansas. Fairbanks Morse is a division of Pentair ever since August, 1997 when Pentair purchased the General Signal Pump Group.
Gaso pumps are manufactured by National Oilwell Varco. Gaso was acquired as "Wheatley Gaso" by National-Oilwell in the year 2000. At the time, Wheatley Gaso was owned by Halliburton.
Skytop Brewster pumps are no longer available as new pumps. Skytop Brewster(Cnsld Gold), a unit of Hansen PLC"s Consolidated Gold Fields subsidiary, was acquired while in bankruptcy by National-Oilwell, Inc. in November, 1999.
Ryle Manufacturing has been manufacturing custom oilfield sprockets for drawworks, mud pumps, rotary tables, compound chain boxes and winches since the 1950’s. We have thousands of drawings in house for these applications. Ryle has manufactured oilfield sprockets for most of the equipment builder’s machines in service today. If there is a sprocket drawing that we don’t have we can make a new drawing or reverse engineer your sprocket to manufacture for you. If you have a drawing for the sprocket you want built, just send it to us for a quick and accurate quotation.
Manufactured to withstand the toughest drilling and environmental conditions, our K-Series triplex mud pumps are ideal for all drilling applications. This legacy product features a balanced forged-steel crankshaft and Southwest Oilfield Products ‘L” Shaped modules which is essential to minimize wear, noise, and operating vibrations. These attributes are essential when drilling deeper high pressure formations, long laterals and when handling corrosive or abrasive fluids and slurries.
Every American Block triplex mud pump is manufactured and fully load tested before leaving our manufacturing campus, and is available in sizes ranging from 800 HP to 2200 HP. The American Block K1600 HP Mud Pump is also available in a 2000 HP up-grade version, when more HP is needed in the same 1600 HP footprint.
Our precise equipment design and production processes reduce wear and tear, as well as, maintenance downtime and costs. Our precise machining makes shimming obsolete; the pump is ready to use after set-up and runs smoothly throughout the operation. Very low noise and vibrations levels increase the HSSE performance.
With a large variety of drives, motor and skid configurations, HMH provides a mud pump solution for any project and drilling requirement. We deliver high pressure triplex mud pumps with a maximum discharge pressure between 5 000 and 10 000 psi and power ratings between 1 000 and 2 200 hp.
Our mud pumps reduce service costs and increase operational efficiency. Our unique gear driven drive has an extended lifetime of up to 50 000 hours and is more durable than traditional chain or belt driven drives. Our hydraulic quick release system allows fast and safe replacement of fluid end parts.
The 1600 hp mud pumps are designed to circulate drilling fluid under high pressure (up to 7 500 psi) down the drill string to support any project requirements.
The 2200 hp mud pumps are designed for circulating drilling fluid under high pressure (up to 10 000 psi) down the drill string to support especially deep drilling operations.
