The HMI HM-1 hydraulic mudjacking pump was the first concrete raising product engineered and manufactured by HMI, just over 40 years ago. It’s reliability and superior engineering maintains its place in the market, but has also acted as the springboard for other, more advanced models / options which offer various options of engine horsepower, hopper size, pumping pressure, and so much more.

Our largest, self-propelled, multi-functional pump. This rugged and durable pump is the top-of-the-line mudjacking unit. With the highest available pumping pressure, largest material hopper, most horsepower and versatility.

Our most popular model, the self-propelled, hydraulic mudjacking pump drives circles around the competition. Affordable and durable, the Power Pump is a great way to start-up or add to a concrete raising business.

Mud Pumps come in both electric and gas / diesel engine drive along with air motors. Most of these pumps for mud, trash and sludge or other high solids content liquid dewatering, honey wagon and pumper trucks. Slurry and mud pumps are often diaphragm type pumps but also include centrifugal trash and submersible non-clog styles.

WARNING: Do not use in explosive atmosphere or for pumping volatile flammable liquids. Do not throttle or restrict the discharge. Recommend short lengths of discharge hose since a diaphragm mud pump is a positive displacement type and they are not built with relief valves.

McFarland-Tritan, LLC"s positive displacement reciprocating plunger pumps are durable and reliably engineered as a hydrostatic test pump and chemical metering pump. Intrinsically safe, due to their non-electric air/gas driven design, these pumps use corrosion resistant materials for use in difficult and hazardous areas, such as offshore oil/gas platforms. McFarland-Tritan, LLC offers air operated/gas driven pumps in sizes ranging from the single head plunger pump, Mac-24, for intermediate high pressure testing and injection, to larger versions at higher pressures and dual stage pumps, Mac-14 and Mac-28 Two-Stage. See descriptions below for sizes in between.

Vacuum trucks are a vital tool within the environmental services industry, capable of moving large amounts of both hazardous and non-hazardous materials. These vacuum trucks are highly versatile, with uses in industries ranging from oil and gas terminals to manufacturing. At Hull’s, we operate a fleet of 70bbl and 130bbl vacuum trucks and tankers across the southeast and the south-central United States.

Applications for vacuum trucks vary widely, with every project requiring the removal of different materials. At Hull’s, our vacuum trucks and tankers are designed to remove and transport hazardous and non-hazardous sludge, liquids, wet products, and dry solids. Depending on the needs of our customers, we may utilize any of the following types of vacuum trucks.

Liquid vacuum trucks are used in a wide range of commercial and industrial applications to pump liquids. This type of vacuum truck can effectively pump liquids from septic tanks, oil/water separators, catch basins, oil spills, and various other settings.

Industrial vacuum loaders are highly versatile, offering a particular advantage when working with dry or dusty ground. These trucks function through the use of positive displacement blowers, which direct the air and make it possible to excavate a wide range of different material types. Industrial vacuum trucks are also equipped with a unique filtration system which makes it possible to use them in areas that have high amounts of flying debris and ash, such as furnaces. As such, industrial vacuum trucks are an ideal choice for many projects in chemical and manufacturing plants.

For applications that require more power than an industrial vacuum truck can give, vacuum tank trucks are the ideal next step. Our tanker vacuums are able to pump, hold, and transfer a variety of liquids and slurries at higher capacities than vacuum trucks. We own and operate a fleet of 130bbl vacuum tankers across all locations.

At Hull’s, we maintain a fleet of vacuum trucks and tankers in Georgia, Florida, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Texas. We serve the entire southeast and south central United States and are able to transport both hazardous and non-hazardous materials. Our highly-trained staff will work with you to determine the best vacuum equipment for your needs. To learn more about our vac truck services, contact us or request your quote today.

Vacuum trucks are used worldwide to help companies clean up waste, transfer material, and provide environmental emergency relief. Companies are continually needing to hire the services of a vacuum truck to dispose of waste such as oil tailings, coal ash, and food debris from sumps and tanks to continue operations. These industrial waste products are then transferred to treatment plants, sump pits, or sometimes across large fields or ponds. However, vacuum trucks are often a high cost for any industrial operation.

For some companies, the cost associated with frequent vacuum truck use can climb to levels that become unsustainable. In these instances, companies can massively reduce cost by rethinking their operation and replacing vacuum truck services with that of a trailer mounted self-priming pump unit. This setup would essentially perform the same job, for a fraction of the annual cost of repeat vacuum truck services.

For companies that process a lot of waste byproducts, vacuum trucks can be a convenient method to dispose of it all. However, over time, the cost for vacuum truck services can become burdensome, especially for frequent cleanings. Additionally, you are relying on a third party to ensure the job is completed, which can turn problematic if you are in a time crunch.

A vacuum truck is basically a very large truck with a heavy-duty tank and a powerful vacuum that works not only on solids, but also liquids and sludge-type consistencies. Sometimes these trucks are called sewer trucks or “honey wagons” because they can be used to empty the “honey bucket”, or composting toilet.

Vacuum trucks are mostly used for the transportation or removal of sanitary waste. Towns, cities, and counties make use of vacuum truck services for the regular maintenance of latrines in parks, clean-up of streets, or cleaning out sewers or sewer lift stations. They can also be used commercially to clean up oil spills or other materials. Vacuum trucks are especially useful in cleaning up liquid waste from various areas.

With hydro excavation we here at Cloud 9 Services, LLC use our high powered vacuum trucks to offer you a number of cleaning services. Contact us today, 407-481-2750, for more information on our vacuum truck services or to get a free quote.

A vacuum truck works similarly to a shop vac. A powerful pump removes air from the holding tank, which creates a vacuum inside. Opening the primary and secondary shutoff valves on suction hoses forces the tank to try and equalize the pressure inside, letting the truck suck up liquids andsludge. Just like a home vacuum, the quality of the equipment and the power of the pump affect suction power and the ability to handle difficult jobs.

At Cloud 9 Services LLC, we are proud to offer vacuum trucks for the use of clean-up projects around the Florida area. We are happy to come and complete your waste removal project for you. We serve municipalities and counties and have experience with many lift station cleaning, catch basin cleaning, drain system cleaning, and sanitary line cleaning projects.
