Triplex: This mud pump is used for drilling applications needing high pump pressure. This model works by decreasing the working fluid volume being discharged to generate pressure for producing the flow. There are three pistons in the triplex pump, with the middle piston generating more pressure on the crankshaft. High piston load can lead to excessive pressure and crankshaft failure if the components are not properly sourced.

Quintuplex:Quintuplex mud pump is perfect for pumping fluid at the time of drilling operations. It works as a continuous duty return piston. This is used in terms of its external bearings to provide crankshaft support to ensure the proper functioning of the sheaves.

Duplex: These mud pumps ensure that the mud circulation reaches the well"s bottom from the mud cleaning system. Duplex pumps have binocular floating seals as well as safety valves.

Fluid End Module As an important component on the fluid end of mud pump, our Rundong value module is made premium 8620 or 4135 alloy steel with forging, normalizing, rough machining and then quenching and tempering processes. In this way, the interior of the fluid end module will have hardness in the range of HB285 to HB330.

Pump Liner Rundong’s mono-metal liner has its inner bore quenched with the carburized layer thickness as 1.5 to 1.8mm to achieve hardness of 58 to 60 HRC. The liner features high hardness, great corrosion resistance, no deformation and high surface finish.

Piston Assembly Piston is one of the wear parts consumed the most in mud pump for drilling system. Rundong manufactures pistons of various specifications, which can be applied on different drilling pumps, such as F series, 3NB series, P series, PZ series and UNB series.

Safety Valve Our shear safety valve is able to ensure normal operation of the mud pump in conditions with working pressure less than rated value. It comes in flange type and thread type. It features great flexibility in toggling on and off, small pressure-bearing area of the piston attached, easy resetting, good compatibility with most types of mud pumps.

Mud pump is the "heart" of oil drilling system while mud pump liner an important disposable quick-wearing part of the fluid end. Therefore, the quality of mud pump liner will directly affect the normal operation of the drilling rig and thus the drilling costs.

Bi-metal liner is one of the most widely used types of liner. Our product combines the virtue of high strength forged steel shell and the advantage of anti-abrasive corrosion-resistant high-chromium sleeve together. The shell, including lip sleeve, is forged with high-quality carbon steel. The inner sleeve made of high-chromium cast iron is processed by centrifugal casting, the hardness of which is up to HRC 62 after heat treatment, could withstand a mud pressure of 7000 psi.

Ceramic liner is applied to well drilling operations for deep reservoir and complicated geologic situations, and is also used for offshore oil and gas development. The hardness of the working surface of the inner sleeve can reach HRC89 or more while the bending strength can be up to 1000-1200Mpa. Our ceramic liner is able to withstand a maximum pump pressure of 70Mpa. It is anti-abrasive, corrosion-resistant, heat-resistant, pressure-resistance, and is of high strength and high rigidity.
