overshot fishing assembly quotation
Overshot is one of the fishing tools which is fishing the pipes externally. It can catch drill collar, drill pipe, tubing, subs and other pipes. Because of the seals, the fluid can circulate with the high pump pressure after catching the fish. The top of the fish will be milled by under mill shoe. It can also work with jars to catch the stuck fishes. If the catched fish can"t be release from stucking, we should release the overshot and lifting the drill string.
We provide all kinds of fishing tools at various sizes. The fishing tools are produced and inspected strictly under API Spec 7, including Safety Joint, Fishing Magnet, Overshots, Releasing Spear, Fishing Jar (3 1/2" to 9 1/2" OD), Fishing Multifunction, Casing Spear, Taper Taps, Die Collars, Jar Intensifier(3 1/2" to 9 1/2" OD), Junk Sub, Hydraulic Junk Retriever, Mill Shoes, Reverse Circulating Junk Basket etc.
The overshot is “planted” onto the fish to provide a new fish neck profile. This is then engaged with a standard releasable pulling tool or a Peak HD FRC pulling tool for heavy jarring applications.
Overshots are a key component of wireline coring systems. To retrieve the core sample, the overshot is lowered into the hole on a wire cable until it comes in contact with the spearhead point on the head assembly. Positive latching lifting dogs securely attach, and the inner tube assembly is pulled from the hole to retrieve the core. V-lock Overshots Hole Products" V-lock overshots are safe, reliable, fast, and easy to use. The automatic safety feature is designed to reduce the chance of an accidental release. When the inner tube assembly is attached and lifted, the lifting dogs automatically retract into position. No extra manual steps are required to activate the safety feature, thus reducing the potential for human error. Standard Overshots Hole Products" standard overshots feature a manual safety lock pin. Once the core filled inner tube is hoisted above the top of the drill rods the safety lock pin can be inserted through the overshot head and under the spearhead point. This will allow the operator to hoist and remove the core sample from the inner tube.
All of our fishing tools come with standard API threads. In our machine shop we can cut any thread or customizes a drilling tool solution for your needs. Our fishing tools range in size from3.5" OD - 24" OD
This drilling tool is an Over shot fishing tool. To construct this part it we manufacture in a similar fashion to the fishing spear. The over shot is precision CNC machined from hardened high alloy steel. And has a sharp internal thread profile. This fishing tool latches to the outside diameter of the broken down hole drilling tool. The hard sharpened threads are designed to latch and thread into the part.
The Fishing spear is a tapered down hole fishing tool that is designed to cut a thread into in inside bore of the rotary drilling tubular. Our manufacturing process specifies us to cut a sharp profile thread into case hardened 8620 high alloy steel. We do this in house with our CNC machine shop. This guarantees it will bit into the broken tubular.
A premium magnetic fishing tool that is also very inexpensive. It comes standard with a removable reaming bit which helps to stabilize it while down the hole. Our magnetic fishing tools pull over to 3501bs in testing, but we can design them to pull even more. Our fishing tools have open holes designed to allow the face of the tool to be flushed. This allows for good hole cleaning and helps insure random debris does not become magnetised and junk up the face of the tool. The magnetic fishing tool is designed to be used with none hibulars
Our hydraulic and mechanical jars are designed for releasing a stuck downhole tool by up-and-down impacts with static axial load (tension) and torque. Jars are included in drilling assemblies for sidetracking. We produce right and left hand fishing & drilling jarsas well as brand-new torsiconial jars purposed for releasing stuck tools by up-and-down torsional impacts.
The Coil Solutions Overshots are used to engage and pull a fish from the well bore. It uses a grapple to bite into the outside of the fish and releases by following through a predetermined rate to disengage the grapple. The tool comes with a range of grapples to accommodate various fish sizes.
