Model XQ114/6YB(4 1/2") hydraulic power tong is an open type power tong for the making up and breaking out of tubing in well services. This product has the following features:

Model XQ28/2.6 hydraulic power tong is an improved type of XYQ1.8 which is used to make up and break out sucker rod thread in Well Service. This product has the following features:

A. The structure is compact, concise and light. Master tong is driven by a low-speed large torque hydraulic motor that matches with a manual control valve. The backup tong is just like a spanner. The total weight is approximately equal to XYQ1.8.

B. The operating is briefness and convenience with high efficiency. Put the respondence size jaw set into master tong and the respondence size glutting into backup tong, turning the reset knob incorrect direction then can make up and break out sucker rod by operating manual control valve. Two speed, snapping at low speed, spinning at high speed.

This series power tong is used for quick make-up/break-out sucker rod in well service operations.The tong is equipped with hydraulic backup tong and use planetary claws to clamp,which is an up to date parent product. It"s an ideal choice in well service operation.

Multi-joint torque control power tong is a new pattern hydraulic power tong which is based on the XQ series hydraulic power tong and equipped with multi-joint torque control system, and the number of the patent is 201010138634.5. It adopts advanced steering mechanism, tubing clamping technology and multi-joint torque control system, which has the characteristic of easy structure, reliable performance, long working life, stable operation, low noise, flexible operation, safe working, it is an ideal equipment in oil field for repairing well.

A set of power tong is composed of master tong and hydraulic power backup tong. When operating the hand-control directional overflow combination valves on the master tong, the backup tong and master tong can work synchronously and coordinate with each other flexibly.

The series of hydraulic power tongs adopt inner cam rolling-up clamping mechanism, with a hydraulic backup tong. It is an ideal tool for makeup or breakout of various of tubings, and small sizes of casings and drill pipes in workover operation. The tong with extra long rod is available for backup tong to grip tubing body. The power tong also can be equipped with automatic torque control system.

1. The advanced automatic hydraulic backup tong controlled by manual valve matches master tong well, the back tong freely clamps and escapes from the pipe synchronously, enabling a reliable and flexible combined operation.

5. The backup tong floats under the master tong which is suspending and the backup tong hose is connected to the master tong with joint. The backup tong can be easily removed from the master tong for convenient handling and move.
