He has served as deputy general manager and director of international marketing and procurement of Guangdong Kelong Air Conditioner Co., Ltd., assistant to general manager, director of purchasing department and deputy general manager of Hisense Rongsheng (Guangdong) refrigerator Co., Ltd., supervisor of Hisense Kelong Electric Appliance Co., Ltd., and director of Huayi Compressor Co., Ltd. He joined the company in 2013 and once served as the assistant to the deputy general manager of the company. On November 26, 2017, he resigned as the director and deputy general manager of Guangdong Omar Electric Co., Ltd. due to the change of office.

Mr. Cai used to be the general manager of Shunde Rongli household appliance factory, the general manager of Shunde Dongjin, the executive director and general manager of Zhongshan Dongjin, and the director of Omar Co., Ltd. Mr. Cai has rich experience in business management.

Shares: -Mr. Huang Caicai: born in November 1975, Chinese nationality, without permanent right of abode abroad, master"s degree, and currently a partner of Guohao law firm (Beijing). He used to be a lawyer of Beijing Jindu law firm, director of Legal Department of Beijing Capital Tourism Co., Ltd., legal assistant of Beijing Jingtian Gongcheng law firm, and lawyer assistant of Beijing Representative Office of French Bowang law firm.

At a disciplinary hearing held on 25 January 2005, the Listing Committee conducted a hearing into possible breaches by, among others, the former executive directors of the Company, namely, Mr Pan Ning, Mr Wang Guo Duan, Mr Chen Ding Bang, Mr Chen Fu Xing, Mr Cai Shier, Mr Chen Tong Xing and Mr Liang Yuan Ying (collectively, the "Former Executive Directors") of the Exchange Listing Rules and the Director"s Undertakings.

In its announcement dated 13 March 2002, the Company disclosed, among other things, the following connected transactions among the Company and its subsidiaries ("Group") and Guangdong Kelon (Rongsheng) Group Company Limited ("GKG"), the single largest shareholder of the Company at the material time and GKG"s subsidiary:

On5 December 2000, GKG entered into an agreement with the Company to reimburse part of the costs paid by the Group in 1999 and 2000 for advertising the "Kelon" and "Rongsheng" brands, which were owned by GKG and which GKG licensed the Company to use for the Group"s business. As at the date of the agreement, the amount reimbursed by GKG was RMB328,240,000.
