The mill rotary table is one of the main accessories of milling machine. As a precision work positioning device, it is widely used for indexing drilling, milling, circumferential cutting, boring, etc. The rotary turn table for milling machine is made from casting with high quality, can work with a set of dividing plate.

Both vertical and horizontal with two functions. Circle cutting, indexing drilling, milling and more complicated work are possible when the vertical position of the table is used together with the tail part.

Three dividing plate set(Plate "A" - 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 Plate "B" - 21, 23, 27, 29, 31, 33 Plate "C" - 37, 39, 41, 43, 47, 49). A set of wrench and screws are free for you with your installation.

The VH-6 is the smallest rotary table we offer featuring 6.3" (160mm) diameter spindle with a 1.5" through hole. The VH-6 features a newly designed pneumatic braking system which offers 120 ft-lbs of brake holding. The VH-6 maintains a rigid design with dual bearings both in the front and rear of the spindle. The centerline is 5.5". There is an optional 6" 3-Jaw chuck and adapter plate available as well as a 5C nose piece with either manual or air collet closer.

The Index Designs VH-6 is a true 4th-axis rotary table that comescomplete with compatible servo motor, and 9" extension cables ready to plug into you 4th-axis ready CNC machine.

For machines that are not 4th-axis ready: Add 4th-axis kit for each rotary table. Kit includes all parts necessary to make CNC machine 4th-axis ready. Prices vary by machine. Call for quote. Does not include installation.

6" PRECISION 3 slot ROTARY TABLE /HORIZONTAL&VERTICALwith 6" 3-jaw self-centering chuck top&bottom reversible jaws, front mounting. All bolts and T-nuts to  mount the chuck  included.

They have a totally ground finish which provides high precision and smooth rotation – The centre of the table is fitted to an inner conical Morse tapered MT2 sleeve.

The hardened and ground worm gear incorporate a quick release system for manual indexing. . Table diameter – 150 mm – Table height – 80 mm – Centre height – 105mm – Centre sleeve – 2MT.4 T slots. OUR TABLE IS SUPPLIED WITH AN 8 PAGE FULL MANUAL – NOT AVAILABLE FROM OTHER SUPPLIERS !

1. The rotary table is a precision piece of equipment that has been designed to work with MTI EC400 saw and any precision rotating operation whenever the small 4-inch size would be an advantage.

2. The table is 2" high and 4" (100mm) in diameter. The main components have been machined from solid bar stock steel, and the complete unit weighs seven pounds.

3. The table has been engraved with a laser, giving sharp and precise lines every 5""4X, numbered every 15""4X. These lines are calibrated with the 72-tooth worm gear that is driven by the handwheel.

4. The handwheel is divided into 50 parts, making each line on the handwheel 1/10""4X. This allows a circle to be divided into 3600 increments without interpolation. Seventy-two revolutions of the handwheel rotate the table one revolution.
