The TJR AR-5C Pneumatic Collet Rotary Table from CNC Indexing & Feeding Technologies (Mason, OH) provides an affordable alternative to 3-jaw or 4-jaw chucks for users whose workpieces require the use of 5C collets. The AR-5C rotary table employs a 5C collet closer system and can be integrated into a CNC machine control as a full 4th-axis or operated as an indexer via TJR’s Single Axis Controller (SAC). The table features a powerful pneumatic braking system and is available in right-handed and left-handed motor mount configurations. A radial-axial preloaded bearing system provides high rigidity, and a dual-lead worm shaft and worm gear ensure long-term indexing accuracy in both directions. Table diameter is 125 mm (4.92 in), with a thru-hole diameter of 35 mm (1.37 in). Minimum indexing increment is 0.001 deg and maximum table rotation speed is 83.3 rpm.
