The VH-15 with a 15" (381mm) diameter platter is the largest rotary we offer. With a 8.5" center height it’s perfect for swinging large diameter parts up to just under 17" without the need of a riser. The motor is mounted vertically to reduce the footprint on your machine table. The spindle and worm both have two bearings to grant strong front and back support. The worm wheel is helically cut and throated for greater surface contact between the wheel and worm. The greater surface contact provides longevity and maintains the accuracy of the rotary over time. There is an optional 15" manual 3-Jaw chuck and adapter plate available as well as a manual or pneumatic tailstock with matching center height.

The Vastex Dual Rotary Pallet Adapter allows you to turn your Vastex 18" x 24" RedFlash or AirFlash into a low cost "conveyor" dryer. After loading a garment on one of the ventilated steel pallets, simply rotate it into the heater zone. Load another garment onto the other ventilated pallet and, when the first garment has cured, rotate the adapter 180° to cure the next garment, and so on.
