This 6" Rotary Table features 4 T-slots for 3/8" studs, 4° per rotation of the hand wheel and 10 minute vernier resolution. The coolant trough and the worm gear can be easily disengaged for quick setting angles. Whole degree marks on table. MT #2 center hole. 4 T-Slots for 3/8" Studs

The A. G. Davis Air Float Rotary Table consists of hardened steel face plate which is floated on air in the thrust plane and centered by preload ball bearings radially during rotation. After an index move is completed the Air float is shut off allowing the faceplate to rest on the base of the rotary table producing excellent wobble characteristics. This action also friction locks the Air Float Rotary Table. A high grade meehanite base casting is used to support the faceplate. Standard face plate mounting pattern is by threaded hole patterns with other configurations available. The Air Float Type Precision Rotary Table can only be used with the face plate in the horizontal plane.

For medium to large parts, the VH-11 rotary table has an 11" (280mm) diameter platter with a 6.75" center height. A 10" or 12" chuck or fixture can easily be bolted to the table using the six precision T-slots. Its large 4" through-hole can be used for bar feeding and special fixture-locating requirements. The spindle and worm have two bearings for front and back support. As always, the worm wheel is helically cut and throated for greater surface contact between the wheel and worm. There is an optional 10" or 12" manual 3-Jaw chuck and adapter plate available as well as a manual or pneumatic tailstock with matching center height.
