The problem is in the equipment being too delicate to handle. He may have cutting edge technology. But, his asking price for this equipment is not worth the support that he gives, which is very little, if any... He makes claims that he has the very best! But, for the support he offers is not worth the money you pay. I had purchased five(5) motors from his company Excitron.com, for approximately $5,000.00. Once, he received the monies, and had sent the motors. You were pretty much on your own, after that! There"s very little support if any! He says "All is F. O. B. To which you are responsible for." He will not take responsibility for his actions on the flaws of his equipment, he would rather spend time building a list on all the things you had said, and correcting you on all the miss spellings you had made, and/or second guesses you on your thoughts or grammar, then lays blame on you!

Update: I had dismantle all of Excitron"s motors from my CNC machine. Two of the motors were attached to turntables. And, had to discard one turntable. The other had to be modified, and refitted. All motors have been replaced with inexpensive motors shipped in from China! They work very efficiently, and have had 90% savings in costs! Unfortunately, this has been a very expensive lesson for me, and now, I have no use for Excitron motors...

The equipment table and robot arm can be directly mounted on the output table of Rotary Table. It can save the time and cost for mechanical design, parts allocation, belt debugging, etc., which compared with the use of mechanical parts such as pulleys and belt.
