Progress means surpassing the status quo - redefining the standards. With the further development of our 492 series, we have succeeded in doing so. With the nominal width DN6, pressures up to 1500 bar are safeguarded. This sets a new milestone in the field of high-pressure safety valves for technical gases. Remarkable: the safety valve is only half the weight and half the size of comparable valves. The compact design simplifies the integration of the valve in limited installation space. It is one of many examples of how we can support you as a solution partner in the field of hydrogen applications - especially when special competence for high pressures is required. Of course, always in certified quality.GOETZE VALVES AND FITTINGS IN COMBINATIONTank protection with the cryogenic complete solution
With our complete cryogenic solution, we ensure safe systems and storage containers. Our products for cryogenic applications cover all areas: Safeguarding, shutting off, regulating and switching. In particular, our valves of the 4020 series are used - the low temperatures of the gases are used in many different ways, from the food industry and medical technology to power generation. The outstanding quality of Goetze cryogenic valves has been confirmed by approval for gases and vapours as well as for liquids.GASEOUS OXYGENGOX, not only clean, but pure
Handling oxygen requires care to the power of two. In the entire production process. This is the only way to effectively avoid hazards. To meet these high standards, there are our GOX valves, especially for gaseous oxygen (Gasesous Oxygen = GOX). They are explicitly tested for oxygen in the application range 50 - 420 bar / 60 °C with adiabatic pressure surges.
We have also developed a specific production process to ensure the highest quality: Assembly takes place in a separate clean room. This is pressurised with 20 millibars of filtered, air-conditioned air. This means that neither particles nor dirt can penetrate from the outside. Trained personnel, compliance with all relevant regulations and recurring process monitoring of oil- and grease-free cleaning, assembly, testing, packaging and labelling ensure excellent output: Oxygen-compliant safety valves for your applications.RELIABLE COMPETENCESpecialists for special applications
The answers to the challenges of today and tomorrow are not the output of a machine. They are the result of the combined efforts of creative, smart and dedicated minds behind the technology. Our engineers, process experts and technicians make the difference. We are a versatile team of qualified specialists from different fields. Behind the names and titles lies an individual person with know-how and experience. Our competence is particularly evident in our cryogenic valves. They are used in many industries - especially for the protection of containers for the storage of cryogenic liquefied gases. Our outstanding work has been confirmed by the approval for gases, vapours and also liquids.SUCCESSFULLY IN OPERATIONWorld"s largest hydrogen filling station opened in Beijing
International cooperation makes it possible: a subsidiary of the gas company Air Liquide Group, the Chinese operator PetrolPlaza, a European compressor manufacturer and we as a German valve manufacturer are jointly realising the world"s largest H2 filling station.
The competence of Goetze KG is in demand worldwide - for over 70 years. Our wealth of experience is as varied as the areas of application of our high-performance valves. With our expertise, we implement new and further developments within the shortest possible time. What you can expect from us: short set-up times and enthusiastic employees with know-how, skill and experience. It fills us with pride that GOETZE is repeatedly referred to as a "manufactory". Anonymous assembly line production is not what we are about.DO YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS?
For over 70 years, Goetze KG Armaturen has been manufacturing sophisticated high-performance valves and fittings for media under pressure: liquids, air, gases and vapours. The family-owned company, which is based in Ludwigsburg, has made themselves a reputation worldwide with their high level of quality "Made in Germany". Goetze is your partner regarding safety (valves). We assure the handling of hydrogen from the retrieval to the application – either in the electric part of the process or at the hydrogen filling station for vehicles. We protect filling processes, which are under high pressure or the storage of liquid hydrogen in tanks.
For more than 90 years, CPV Manufacturing has been at the forefront of engineering innovation in valves and fittings. CPV pioneered the O-Seal system concept and many other revolutionary designs. Other manufacturers may try to imitate, but CPV"s technology, quality integrity and experience are the real thing. At CPV, research and development are always centered on how well a new product will solve a specific challenge. This means new designs always start with customer needs and are never isolated from the job they will be doing in the field.
This philosophy began with CPVs founder, Isaiah Engle. Back in 1915, this enterprising farmer, who loved repairing his neighbors" machinery, left Abilene, Kansas for Philadelphia and opened a machine shop. Soon after, he began making pump valves for large steam operating reciprocating pumps. To fix the problem of leakage, Isaiah designed a revolutionary soft seat that increased operating efficiency and durability.
4040 Goetze safety valve from is designed for tanks or vessels and is suitable for liquids, air, gases, vapours and steam. The valves have got minimal dead space in the inlet area and a polished surface for product wetted parts, making them appropriate for the standards of pharmaceutical processes.
The shape of the valve body avoids forming of puddles in the valve after it has opened and the moulded diaphragm divides the product chamber from the spring housing. It is possible to carry-out CIP/SIP by lifting the disc from the seat.
We have managed it. With a truly big bang, Goetze KG breaks through the valve sound barrier. Through the further development of the existing series 492, pressures up to 1,500 bar are ensured in the DN6 version. In doing so, the GOETZE safety valve is only half as heavy and half the size as comparable valves. It is just this compact design that simplifies the integration of the valve where there is restricted installation space.
Another resounding argument with regard to maximum flexibility is offered by the rotatable outlet housing. The direction of the outlet can therefore still be adjusted after installation, which simplifies the installation of the valve in a line environment that already exists.
The high-pressure safety valves are set on a high-pressure test bench produced specifically for GOETZE. These types of systems are not a matter of course on the market and require specific planning. Using the new test bench as well as its own engineering efforts in the further development of the series 492, Goetze KG achieves a milestone in the field of high-pressure safety valves for technical gases.
GOETZE therefore underlines its know-how as a solution partner in the field of hydrogen applications and thus supports the development of green hydrogen towards a promising substance in energy generation and storage as well as in the industrial sector.
For over 70 years, Goetze KG Armaturen has been manufacturing sophisti-cated high-performance valves and fittings for media under pressure: liq-uids, air, gases and vapours. Goetze has made themselves a reputation worldwide with their high level of quality “Made in Germany” – more than half of the production is now exported.
Safety valves made of brass, atmospheric discharge, with threaded connection. The basic model within the range of small safety valves for compressed air. It is compact and due to its good blow-off capacities is particularly suitable for the protection of pressure vessels and compressors. However, even for large pressure vessels this valve can be employed due to its excellent price / performance ratio. This valve is equipped as standard with a stainless steel spring and FPM seal.
