Matex has branches in Shreveport, La., and Pleasanton, Alice, and Midland, Texas. The combined companies will operate 20 branches in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Colorado.

For more than 50 years, Matex has been a supplier of wire rope and rigging hardware, fabricated slings, and fall protection, and it has provided cable service, re-certifications, and custom lifting solutions. Matex also provides sales, service, and repairs for all types of wire rope and cables, including drilling lines, sandlines, electro-mechanical cable, and other specialty cables.
