Where previously obsolescent Chinese crane systems caused production downtimes more and more frequently, the company is now relying on top-quality German products. To meet the customer""s explicit request, all the hoists were manufactured in Germany and then imported to China. 15 AS 7 wire rope hoists and 105 SH wire rope hoists from STAHL CraneSystems are now in operation. On 35 crane bridges, a combination of wire rope hoists with high lifting capacities and auxiliary hoists with fast hoisting speeds are used on double rail crabs.

With higher loads the hoisting speed is adapted to the actual load on the hook. The SHA uses less power due to the lower output, reducing stress on the power supply and conserving valuable resources.

The SHA comes into its own in production environments where lower loads are lifted frequently, however a higher lifting capacity is required for occasional applications. A flexible range of applications and an excellent price-performance ratio make the SHA wire rope hoist an attractive alternative to the SH series of wire rope hoists.

Squirrel cage induction motor as per IS 325 standard incorporated in our hoist. motors are totally enclosed with high starting torque, specially designed for hoist duty application.

Trolleys are designed to suit either standerd rolled steel joist or box girded. the trolley frames is rigidly bolted with hoist frame through seroes of holes. this also ensures proper adjustments of flangs width. C.T wheels are provided with Ball bearing and mounted on E.N.8 steel axles. hand geared and push pull trolley also available.
