When you’re working on your HDS-14 Series lift, or the HD-14T, you’ll eventually need to do a tire swap. For occasions like this you’ll either need to purchase another lift, or you can invest in a pair of high quality RJ7W rolling bridge jacks to lift up the vehicle.

The RJ7W rolling bridge comes equipped with easy-roll wheels that fit onto the runway channels on standard four-post lift models with 14,000 lbs. or greater lifting capacity. With it, you will be able to receive an effortless gliding along the runways for easy positioning and adjustability. BendPak has designed their rolling bridge jack rollers with hardened stainless-steel and had them zinc plated for maximum durability.

Suspension rigs and vehicle bodies sit at different heights above the ground, which means the RJ7W will need rubber contact pads with stackable adapters. Now you’ll be able to reach the lift points without sacrificing how much rise you’ll be able to get out of the jack. The adapters work on virtually every vehicle type; all you need to know is whether the RJ7W is the right jack for you.

The RJ7W rolling bridge jack has a single, air-hydraulic pump which has been fitted to the side of your RJ7W rolling bridge jack. Your car lift has its own electric-hydraulic system that runs independent of your jack’s. After you connect the air line to the jack, which needs 125 PSI and 10-2- CFM, you can activate the jack with an easy-to-use foot pedal.

You want your operators to work in comfort, and that’s why BendPak has designed the RJ7W to have multiple lock levels. The rolling bridge jacks can be lifted to three different positions, and lock automatically as the jack rises and release together as the jack descends. The car lift operations are separate from those of the bridge jack.

The DJ-6000 by Dannmar is a great option if you’re thinking of turning your lift into a full-service car lift. It’s convenient to have, simple to use, and completely safe. This Rolling Bridge jack has a lifting capacity of 6,000 lbs. so you can repair an even wider variety of vehicles. Once the jack is under the appropriate front or rear chassis of the vehicle, you will be able to lift the vehicle up and off the runways. Each four-post rolling bridge jack can be raised to three different heights. As the jack scissor arms raise, locks engage automatically. They will release simultaneously as the arms are lowered. The side of the rolling bridge jack has a high-pressure, air-hydraulic pump welded to it. To activate it all you need to do is use the foot pedal which is attached to the unit.

Two RBJ25000 rolling bridge jacks will handle a vehicle up to 50,000 lbs. That means these jacks are over-engineered to handle offset centers of gravity on extremely heavy vehicles. Who might need bridge jacks of this caliber? For one, heavy-duty trucks and buses tend to require a bridge jack rated for more than half of the overall vehicle weight. Generally speaking, if you can safely lift a vehicle with the HDS-40, you can safely perform wheel service with the RBJ-25000 rolling bridge jack.
