seim hydraulic pump quotation
The SEIM PA Series Submersible 3-Screw Pump is SEIM"s best seller worldwide. These economical screw pumps are designed for submerged applications in the lube oil or hydraulic oil tank.
This is ideal for use in difficult locations where a normal pump will not fit. It’s simple yet robust construction ensure years of operability with minimal complications.
SEIM screws pumps are volumetric self-priming pumps suited to handle oils and fluids with a minimum lubricating property. The pumps design makes them intrinsically reliable and efficient in their applications.
For over 30 years SEIM has been supporting the pumping industry with their innovation and expertise in the pumping and handling of oils and viscous chemicals.
This depends on several factors; how frequently are spare parts required? how long has the pump been in operation? and the price of the required spare parts versus the cost of a complete new pump. For example, if a new casing, screw set and mechanical seal are required, then it is more cost effective to purchase a complete new pump as a large proportion of the high value parts are required. If the pump is wearing frequently and prematurely, then this may be an indication that the wrong type or size of pump is installed. It is a good idea to talk to us in this situation as we may be able to identify the issue with your pump or system and select a more suitable pump for your requirements.
Production of modern modular semi-mobile washing lines for separation (enrichment) of sand by size classes: 0.05; 0.071; 0.1; 0.16; 0.2; 0.63; 1.0; 2.0 and 5.0 mm. These models of SGU sieve hydrocyclone plants are designed for different capacities: 20 t / h, 40 t / h, 60 t / h and 120 t / h. Each of these installations can be adjusted for individual customer requirements (coal sludge, sand, limestone and granite screening, metallurgical waste, thermal power plant sludge, etc.).A typical model of SSU consists of:- a sump of the circulating pulp, which receives the starting material and water, but often the prepared suspension is supplied;- a classification unit, which consists of a slurry pump that creates the necessary pressure to feed the slurry, a hydrocyclone of the required diameter (which affects productivity) and shape (which affects the separation size), separating the watered target product "sands" and the suspension "drain" containing dusty and clay particles (usually waste of enrichment), as well as pipelines and shut-off equipment;- dehydrating high-frequency screen GVCh with special sieves (polyurethane, rubber urethane or stainless steel sieves), which brings the final product to the required moisture class. This set of equipment is enclosed in a common semi-mobile frame and is equipped with ladders and walkways for quality control and maintenance. The sieve hydrocyclone unit operates on a partially closed cyclic principle. Its basis is a reservoir, which receives the initial mixture of sand, clay inclusions and water, in which the slurry level is kept within a certain range. In fact, the reservoir is needed to provide a certain concentration of the mixture that the centrifugal pump is able to lift into the hydrocyclone. In a hydrocyclone (or in double hydrocyclones), due to centrifugal forces, almost 100% of particles larger than 100 microns and 50-80% of particles larger than 40-80 microns are classified, which in the form of a highly concentrated mixture are discharged from the cyclone onto a dehydration (dehydration) screen located under the hydrocyclone. Smaller particles (which should contain all clay particles and other inclusions) are carried away with the main volume of water from the hydrocyclone into a system that divides the flow (automatic regulation by a valve) into a return to the tank and a drain, which is sent to the water purification system. The dewatering screen is equipped with polyurethane or rubber modular screens with openings (usually 0.3-1.5 mm), through which water efficiently drains into the tank, and sand particles slide to the discharge chute and are discharged onto the product conveyor. The content of dust particles in the sand will decrease to 0.02-0.9%.We strongly recommend that before choosing sorting or classifying equipment that is planned to solve your problem, it is imperative to carry out the necessary research of raw materials in our laboratory.

SeaLift has a Patented (US Patent # 7707955B1) design on our proprietary Lift Mechanism. While other hydraulic lifts on the market use four cylinders in their designs. SeaLift uses a Single Point of Power utilizing one cylinder and two hydraulic lines outboard of the transom. This significantly reduces the routine maintenance required and greatly increases reliability by eliminating many unnecessary parts. This design allows the SeaLift to be compact but powerful.
By utilizing a Single Point of Power, the SeaLift system eliminates the “Racking” experienced by other systems. Additionally, this allows the transom mount to be customized to fit in the middle of the transom with strength support of the inner stringers and eliminates multiple hydraulic lines, fittings, flow dividers, thru hulls, and uneven lifting! Lifting capacity can be engineered to over 2,500 lbs.
Patented Over Center lock design eliminates the need for additional locking cylinders and hydraulic phasing which is prone to failure. The SeaLift system eliminates complexity and depends on 100% reliable geometry.
State of the art Hydraulic Power Unit with solid state electronic control, Ignition Protected motor, 12 or 24 VDC, Remote Controls, Back Up Corded Controller, System Articulation Warning sound, Pressure meter, and backup Hand Pump.
Sometimes less is more and this is especially true when it comes to SeaLift’s Single Cylinder Platform Lift. SeaLift’s Patented design of the lift mechanism uses only a single cylinder acting on a Single Point of Power instead of the traditional four cylinders. SeaLift Platform Lifts, designed for boats 35′-70′ uses only one cylinder and two hydraulic lines outboard of the transom.
