The TC – 121 ULTRA has been engineered from the ground up to provide users with years of maintenance free service. Aluminum Rails add Overall Strength – The TC-121 design utilizes a polished and fluted aluminum alloy extrusion on the top box rail of the body sides, and the top and bottom of the tailgate. This provides maximum strength at a minimum weight while adding a cool accessory to your truck.

3 Stage Telescopic Lift and Cab Protector – The ULTRA hoist system utilizes a heavy duty, three stage, telescopic cylinder with chromed rod sections. The hoist has been custom designed by TruckCraft to lift 7,000 lbs. to a 47 degree dump angle in just 18 seconds. The aerodynamic cab protector (shown) provides low wind resistance and great visiblity. The cab protector and a full tarp system are options that can be easily added to the TC-121 at any time.

Power Unit and Standard Remote Dump Control – A compact, one-piece MONARCH®power unit is factory mounted under the tub in close proximity to the hoist cylinder. This hydraulic pump is a single-acting power unit for power up and gravity down. It has a 6-quart sturdy plastic reservoir and is designed with a 12V DC motor that can provide strong power for hydraulic systems like dump trailers, forklifts, lifting platforms, etc.

All of our hydraulic pumps come with an M18*1.5 connector and an additional SAE6 (9/16") connector, which can be replaced according to your actual needs.

This single-acting hydraulic power unit has a 12V DC motor (Power:1.6-3.0kw) and a 6-quart plastic reservoir; it has SAE#6 ports with 3200 PSI max relief setting on A and 1500 PSI on B port. The flow rate is 2GPM. Rated speed: 2850 r/min.

Our hydraulic electric pump has been fully assembled. It comes with a hand-held remote control and 1 additional SAE#6 connector for replacement. The whole power unit is easy to wire and easy to operate.
