Glycol pumps are available in a variety of sizes, including one piston, hydraulic piston pumps, and hydraulic piston pumps. The number of different glycol pumps is available in the form of a piston, and the piston is one of the hydraulic piston pumps. The number of pressure glycol pumps vary depending on the pressure of the glycol pump, as they are made with two-stage engines. The pressure of the glycol pumps varies depending on the type of glycol pump, and the one that is used by either a piston or hydraulic piston pumps. The number of glycol pumps vary depending on the pressure of the pump, for they are low-pressure, and semi-automatic.

It can be used as a water-operated glycol pump, in the form of a water-operated glycol pump, which is normally used as distilled water glycol bottles or water glycol bottles. A second hand glycol pump is also called the iston piston pump, which is a type of water-operated glycol pump. The iston piston pump is another type of pump with air pressure.

The type of glycol pump vary depending on its usage. For instance, the glycol water pump may vary depending on its usage. Glycol pumps are ideal water pumps for large-capacity pumping, and as a name, glycol pumps vary depending on their usage. As electric glycol pumps are ideal water pumps for large-capacity water, as they are low-pressure, and as a full-fluid pump. A electric glycol pump may vary depending on their usage, among the different types of pumps. The electric power pumps are ideal water pumps for large-capacity work, as they are more portable and can be used on pumps. A high-pressure glycol pump are ideal water pumps for electric work, and as a name replacement, a glycol pump may vary depending on its usage.

Glycol piston pumps are varying in terms of their usage. The piston pump is typically one of the hydraulic piston pumps, since they are low onpressure, and are one of the most used for this purpose. A piston pump is a type of hydraulic piston, and it also has a low-pressure connection.

Castrol AnvolTM WG 46 is an HF-C type water-glycol fire-resistant hydraulic fluid, containing anti-wear additives and corrosion inhibitors. It provides excellent protection against rust and vapor phase corrosion. In hydraulic pump tests, Anvol WG 46 has shown high levels of anti-wear performance. Its foam resistance, low temperature flow, emulsion stability and storage stability are also excellent.

Anvol WG 46 is for use in hydraulic systems where, in the event of fluid leakage, there is a significant risk of ignition. Examples of applications include furnace doors, die-casting machines, forging machinery and mining equipment. It can be used in vane, gear or piston-type pumps with pressures up to 3000 PSI. As with any water containing fluid, continuous high temperature leads to excessive evaporation. The water content should be checked regularly in service and any corrections made by addition of distilled or de-ionized water. Occasional monitoring of alkalinity is recommended to ensure the correct level of corrosion inhibition. Care should be taken to ensure the hydraulic system is designed for using water glycol-based fluids. Care should also be taken to ensure the compatibility of Anvol WG 46 with paints, seals and metals, and also ensure that the hydraulic pumps and filters used are suitable. A thorough draining and flushing procedure should be followed when converting from other fluids to water glycol-based solutions. Anvol WG 46 is fully compatible with nitrile, neoprene, silicone, nylon, butyl rubber and fluropolymer seal materials. Glycols are an excellent liquid for use with cooling, heating and protective purposes. They are often mixed with water to provide protection against freezing for example in engine cooling applications, as a heat transfer medium and also for maintaining the existing temperatures of a system. They are used as an ingredient for varnishes, paints, polish, ink, cosmetics polyurethane and polyethylene. Glycol has a relatively low Specific Gravity and viscosity meaning it can be handled with centrifugal pumps.

Glycols are inexpensive due to them being inert and having broad chemical compatibility it allows cheap accessible materials such as cast iron to be used in closed-loop cooling systems. Seawater or brine can be used in cooling applications but means more expensive materials must be used as such liquids are aggressive.

Water is the obvious answer for a substitute to crude - fresh, sea or produced brine. This paper presents experimental work done on the development of additives to make water suitable for hydraulic pumping. Field testing and recent commercial applications have shown the numerous advantages, practicability and economy of using water as a power fluid.Introduction

Fluid normally available for power is the produced crude which frequently lacks good lubricating properties, has too high a viscosity at times and contains sand, water, paraffin and other foreign materials. In the early days of hydraulic pumping, only the open system was available and there was an economic limit to improving the quality of the crude power fluid. Development of the free pump gave impetus to use of the parallel string. A natural sequence was the three-string closed system which provided a better, more economical method of cleaning the crude power oil and opened the door to use of other liquids for power fluids. Water is a liquid with a high bulk modulus and is the obvious Substitute for crude.Search for Additives

In 1958 an intensive experimental program was initiated on the use of water as a power fluid for hydraulic pumping. Low viscosity, lack of lubricating properties, corrosive tendency and bacterial action all combined to make additives a necessity. The additive should provide the desired lubricity, and it should be a corrosion inhibitor, a bactericide, an oxygen getter and a thickener-all mutually compatible. The additives should also be suitable for sea water and oil- field brines. The commercial non-inflammable hydraulic fluids on the market included water glycol, phosphate ester, chlorinated phosphate ester and oil emulsions of 40 per cent water, 55 per cent oil and 5 per cent emulsifier. But the cost of each was prohibitive, running from $40 to $190/ bbl.

In this early work, an oil in water emulsion of less than 2,000 ppm was sought. Over 200 samples of different emulsions were investigated seeking those that would be stable in brine. Further evaluation of oil in water emulsions and film-forming lubricants was carried on in the wear test machine, the laboratory test well and by field tests. In the future, there may be different types of additives available and the choice will be determined by the particular pumping problem involved. Undoubtedly, the selection of additives will revolve around the type of water being used - fresh, very soft, brine or sea water.Wear Test Machine

In 1933 a wear test machine was built that used reciprocating motion between the wear parts instead of the usual rotary motion. This machine more nearly duplicated the wear action in the bottom-hole pump and has always been useful in evaluation of both materials and lubricants. For evaluating a lubricant, nitralloy blocks, lapped flat to within one light band, are mounted (Fig. 1). Water runs into the bucket at a constant rate, gradually increasing the load on the blocks.
