Our manufacturer Mud Pump skid is suitable for operations in rough, windy, damp and dusty oilfield conditions. Dependent upon customer horsepower requirements the engine sizes will vary.

All equipment is rated for operating at ambient temperatures up to +120 Deg F at 1200 ft altitude. The unit is built on heavy duty oilfield skid with lift frame. The control system is mounted in a stainless steel box on the side of the unit. The digital display provides all important engine and transmission data. Unit is also equipped with emergency kill function.

Continental Emsco Drilling Products, Inc., which consisted of Emsco drilling machinery and Wilson mobile rigs, was purchased by National-Oilwell, Inc on July 7, 1999. To our knowledge, no pumps have been manufactured and sold under the Emsco brand name since National-Oilwell acquired them.

Fairbanks Morse pumps are currently manufactured in Kansas City, Kansas. Fairbanks Morse is a division of Pentair ever since August, 1997 when Pentair purchased the General Signal Pump Group.

Gaso pumps are manufactured by National Oilwell Varco. Gaso was acquired as "Wheatley Gaso" by National-Oilwell in the year 2000. At the time, Wheatley Gaso was owned by Halliburton.

Skytop Brewster pumps are no longer available as new pumps. Skytop Brewster(Cnsld Gold), a unit of Hansen PLC"s Consolidated Gold Fields subsidiary, was acquired while in bankruptcy by National-Oilwell, Inc. in November, 1999.

Provides 150-180* GPM (Gallon Per Minute) of standard mud flow at 350 psi continuous. The 180 GPM is a provisional condition that requires the mud pressure to be below 275 psi and the hydraulic oil temperature below 165 degrees F.

Provides 300-360* GPM (Gallon Per Minute) of standard mud flow at 350 psi Continuous.  The 360 GPM is a provisional condition that requires the mud pressure to be below 275 psi and the hydraulic oil temperature below 165 degrees F.

Provides 450-540* GPM (Gallon per Minute) of standard mud flow ar 350 psi Continuous.  The 540 GPM is a provisional condition that requires the mud pressure to be below 275 psi and the hydraulic oil temperature below 165 degrees F.

The X-series mud pump type PD X-3.004 SG HDD manufactured by PRIME DRILLING impresses with its robust and low-wear design. The 7-fold bearing mounted drive shaft, which is equipped with 3 eccentric wheels, replaces the conventional crankshaft. Due to the revolution of these shafts and their maximum 230 rotations per minute operational wear of rubbers and liners are reduced to a minimum.

The pump is driven by a 470 kW CAT engine. This type of mud pump is exclusively manufactured in our Wenden plant, i.e. „made in Germany“. Its electronic gearshift in combination with eccentric wheels used instead of a crankshaft make it a high- power but low- maintenance product. All valves and plungers also comply with API standards.

1. High pump pressure and large discharge capacity: higher pumping capacity and larger discharge capacity than the traditional three-cylinder mud pump, which can deliver more pressure and mud to the bottom of the well during drilling. Thereby increasing the rate of penetration.

2. Light weight and small size: The pump has lighter weight and smaller volume than the traditional three-cylinder F2200HL mud pump. It is suitable for small drilling area, such as offshore platforms.

4. High reliability: Four sets of main bearing design, two more main bearings than traditional three-cylinder mud pump. Thus reducing bearing load and improving reliability.

5. Convenient Maintenance: reasonable structural design, easy to maintain. The wear parts of the fluid end are interchangeable with the ones of 1600HL pump.
