A type of dredging pump is specially designed for using water-based lubricants, such as an electric dredging pump, which is specially designed for use with water-duben pumps. A deeper excavator pump is also called the water transfer dredging pump, which is specially designed for use in small-scale dredging projects. A deeper suction pump is also called the water transfer dredging pump, since it is specially designed to control water flow.
A dredging pump is operated as a subtract, and is used by smaller dredgers. The second type is the self-propelled dredging pump, which is operated by a subtract or push-down pump. It is generally used for smaller dredgers, such as electric dredging pump, self-propelled dredging pump, which is operated by a subtract or push-type pump. It is a self-propaling pump that is operated by a subtract or self-propelled pump. It is also used as mini dredging pump, which is operated as a subtract, and is generally used in smaller dredging projects.

This dredge system has a powerful 190cc Briggs & Stratton Professional Series 4-strokegas powered engine. The capability of this powerful sediment pumping system allows it to pump about 2118 cubic feet of water per hour, (15,800 gallons) along with up to 211 cubic feet of sediment per hour. *Volumes may vary based on the nature of your application.
The unique design of the portable dredge allows you to hover the pump over the bottom of the lake to efficiently remove muck, silt and lake bottom sentiment. The centrifugal pump is also equipped with a mill that effectively grinds down the roots of reeds and other seaweed.
The dredge is delivered with a variable mounting, 10-foot transparent hose stub for connecting to your discharge hole and one Cam Lock coupling. You can mount it on a raft, a steady boat or you could do some dredging from the ice. It"s best to mount it on a platform that you can remove from the raft when you want to use the raft for something else.
The maximum hose length we recommend is 450 Ft, maximum lift height is 78 Ft. Stones and rocks as large as an inch can pass through the pump and anything larger is blocked.
These heavy-duty centrifugal self-priming pumps are made from high-chromium steel, have semi-open solids-handling impellers, are equipped with replaceable volutes, and are designed with wear plates to resist abrasion. The pump should be used with non-flammable liquids compatible with the pump"s components. There are gas-driven pumps, diesel-driven pumps, and submersible pumps available for dredging.

Dredge type pumps are pumps that in addition to suction water and liquids in general, also support the dredging of solid materials in the total handled.
These pumps have as a striking feature the fact that they are manufactured with more robust materials, usually in cast iron, to withstand a little better the impact and abrasion that the passage of solid materials cause inside the pump.
Although there are several manufacturers of dredge pumps on the world market, the pumps follow a classic manufacturing pattern, with more or less technology inserted in the manufacturing methods. Their high weight, largely due to the manufacturing metal alloys, are another very common feature in dredge pumps, which usually have nozzle dimensions greater than 3 inches and weight not less than 60 KG, in the smallest models.
This robustness is necessary because when a pump starts to dredge solid materials, the pump bowl / snail / cover, as well as the rotor, suffer a lot of wear due to contact with the solids.
In sand dredging, for example, the material"s required resistance is against abrasion. Metal alloys with a higher concentration of manganese, chromium and nickel guarantee this resistance.
In the case of dredging pebbles, gravel or stones in general, the demand for resistance is against impact. Steel metallic alloys have the best resistance to stone dredging.
For all other materials, which do not have sand abrasiveness and the impact of stones, it is recommended to use a common metallic alloy of cast white iron, which in general terms is the best cost-effective choice for dredging mud, organic compounds , chemical compounds (non-corrosive) and many others.
Specific jobs may require the use of specific equipment, below are some examples of services and sectors that are already used or could use dredge pumps for everyday use;
Dredger models reinforced with special metal alloys are the specialty of Brazmix, as well as the supply of replacement parts and accessories in general for dredging, mining and gold mining.
The Dredge Sled is built for efficiently removing sediment from narrow bodies of water, lagoons, lakes, or settling ponds. This dredge system is also commonly used for desludging projects such as digester or settling tank cleanouts. The Dredge Sled System is most often used to dredge bodies of water containing 20,000 square meters or less. The dredge pump can also be equipped with an optional high pressure water jetting ring to help break up consolidated material, allowing you to pump more solids.
The equipment is ideal for dredging lagoon sizes of 330 ft (100m) squared to 660 ft (200m) squared. Roughly 1.5 to 4 acres and up to about 16 feet (5m) deep. 5,000 to 20,000 Cy3 of material. Dimensions are rough guidance, call with questions.
Tobee® WN800 Gravel Dredging Pumpis horizontal, single-stage cantilevered structure pump, which is designed to meet the requirement of the contractor demanding and comprehensive dredging requirement. WN800 dredging pump impeller passage is very wide to continuous pumping gravel or high plastic clay and not happens jam. The minimal amount of wear parts design in the dredging pump results in reduced wear, long life and lower maintenance which translates into less downtime, significant cost savings and dredging good performance with high efficiency.
WN800 Gravel Dredging Pump is widely applied to dredging, silt clearing and hydraulic filling with rivers and lakes, ports and docks all over the country such as, Yangtze River Basin, Yellow River Basin, Liaohe River Basin, Pearl River Delta, Huaihe river basin, etc. The products are also sold to Europe, Middle East and Southeast Asia.
√ Heavy Duty – a double-walled pump construction fully equipped with interchangeable wear parts. Excellent configuration for the most demanding operations.
√ Performance – a single-walled construction furnished with, where possible, replaceable wear parts. An all-purpose dredge pump and balanced option as regards weight, size and replaceable wear parts.
√ Easy – for operations that are less demanding. This is a single-walled construction without any replaceable wear parts – a pump construction with as few components as possible.
All WNQ submersible mud pump configurations are available for onboard, inboard, submerged and booster applications, and with suction diameters ranging from 300 to 1,000mm.
Tobee Pump™ TG Dredge Pump are the most comprehensive range of centrifugal gravel sand pumps for use in mining, chemical and general industry applications. The horizontal dredge pump are designed for heavy duty applications such as mining, power sector, dredging river, and tailings as well as specialty applications, which are used for continuous pumping of high abrasive, high density sand and gravels.
5. Wide application. The dredge pump can be used in various kinds of soil quality. Generally, the dredge sand pump is matched with an impeller with 3 or 5 pieces of vane. At the same time, the impellers can be provided with various diameters and vane types to suit kinds of working conditions.
As one of the most commonly used seals for rotating shafts, the packing seal can come with low-flush or full flush arrangement which uses flushing water to prevent media from escaping the pump housing. This kind of seal is suitable for use under all pumping conditions. In situations where corrosive solids or high temperature might be encountered, Teflon or aramid fiber is used as the packing material for the gland. For high abrasion conditions, a ceramic shaft sleeve is available.
The combination of impeller and expeller creates the pressure needed to seal against leakage. Together with the gland seal or lip seal which is used as the shut-down seal, this type of seal can handle sealing requirements for applications where full-flush gland seal is impractical due to lack of water on the site, or sealing water is allowed to enter inside the pumping chamber to dilute the slurry.
TG Dredge Pump utilizes a leak-proof mechanical seal design which allows easy installation and replacement. Other types of mechanical seal are among options to suit the slurry pump for various pumping applications.
As the dredge pump wet ends parts such as the impeller, volute liner,FPL insert,Throat bush are consumption parts and we could provide you always the qualified slurry pump parts within very short time.
