mud pump fluid end expendables quotation
An expendable needs to be dependable until its replacement. This is the very essence of the approach at ShalePumps towards all components, classified as expendables in Oil Exploration and Production. Mud Pump Fluid End Modules are absolutely vital to the operations of a Mud Pump. Machined from the highest quality of forged material, the fluid end modules have a very high threshold for cracking. This lends the fluid end modules longer life which in turn has a positive effect on overall operations.
All fluid end modules that leave the plant at ShalePumps got through a battery of tests that include hydrostatic testing. With assured integrity of the materials that go into all fluid end modules, the mud pumps can be operated with greater confidence.
The residual stress testing procedures are rigorous and translate into steady performance under exerted pressure in operations. All fluid end modules that go into the mud pumps are tested through scientifically proven fabrication techniques. Part of the reason why our expendables are always dependable till the extended duty cycle comes to the end of its operational life.
Manufactured to withstand the toughest drilling and environmental conditions, our K-Series triplex mud pumps are ideal for all drilling applications. This legacy product features a balanced forged-steel crankshaft and Southwest Oilfield Products ‘L” Shaped modules which is essential to minimize wear, noise, and operating vibrations. These attributes are essential when drilling deeper high pressure formations, long laterals and when handling corrosive or abrasive fluids and slurries.
Every American Block triplex mud pump is manufactured and fully load tested before leaving our manufacturing campus, and is available in sizes ranging from 800 HP to 2200 HP. The American Block K1600 HP Mud Pump is also available in a 2000 HP up-grade version, when more HP is needed in the same 1600 HP footprint.
Our full-open valves and seats are designed for use in GD Energy Products PZ, F-Series, and National 12P lines of triplex drilling pumps. This gives you options to use these parts across your whole fleet of pumps.
Dragon Fluid Ends are engineered and manufactured in designated ISO 9001:2008 state-of-the-art facilities across North America. All Dragon equipment and parts are severe duty engineered to perform in the harshest environments.
Dragon service centers are strategically located across every major hydrocarbon producing region, and are extensively outfitted with all the parts needed to keep your operation running. Backed by skilled technicians, Dragon has the expertise to completely rebuild your fluid ends and pumps. We also have a classroom style training van set up to assist our valued customers with proper maintenance, to extend the life of your fluid end. Dragon’s 80,000 sq. ft., ISO 9001:2008 distribution center, located in Alvarado, TX offers a full range of pump parts and expendables, including:Fluid Ends
F-Series pumps are rated at long stroke length and relatively low strokes per minute, thus they improve the suction performance and increase the service life of the expendable parts on the fluid end.
Our F-Series Mud Pumps feature an advanced and durable design with interchangeable suction and discharge valves, and dual lubrication system.◆Features
The crankshaft, a casted alloy steel eccentric shaft, is furnished with herringbone ring gear, connection rods and bearings. The ring gear bore and the crankshaft surface is of interference fit and fastened with bolts and lock nuts. The big end of each connection rod is mounted on each eccentric strap of the crankshaft via the single row short cylindrical roller bearing. The small end of each connection rod is mounted on the crosshead pin via the double row long cylindrical roller bearing. Double row radial spherical roller bearings are mounted on either end of the crankshaft.
