Our Premium Series liners feature bi-metallic construction utilizing a steel outer shell with an industrial chrome insert. Along with proper maintenance, can provide up to 800+ hours of service.

High chrome liner is manufactured by the highest-grade materials. the outer shell is made of forging high strength carbon or alloy steel. the inner sleeve is manufactured from a proprietary high chrome content iron alloy that offers excellent resistance to wear, chrome content is not less than 27%.

the outer hull material is manufactured from alloy steel to increase yield strength and aid in fatigue resistance. the ceramic inner sleeves are corrosion resistant and have a smoother surface finish for reduced friction and heat.

Some of our largest competitors use a cheaper alumina-ceramic sleeve to make their liners. Although these liners last a little longer than standard chrome-iron liners, they only last about half as long as zirconia-ceramic liners. Our liners are made from zirconia-ceramic material in order to provide the longest life and best wear performance.

Try to provide the original bidding document as a reference. If there is any doubt, we will mark it to facilitate you to check the name and size of the real mud pump accessories.

5.For mud pump accessories, we provide export fumigation free wood packaging, and the cylinder liner is frame packaging. If you need iron box packaging, please inform in advance.
