First of all, the lobby is magnificent, that is, the charm of the Chinese original and the characteristics of the Qinghai Plateau are memorable. The rooms are clean and warm. The front desk staff was very kind and friendly, warm reception, making people feel like they were back at home. When they knew that my birthday was the day of my stay, they immediately prepared a gift for me, very warm. The waiters are very high quality when they are at breakfast or when they order in the restaurant, and they also prepare longevity noodles for me to make people feel comfortable. This is a hotel that I will never forget, people-oriented and customer-centric. The hotel"s parking lot is also clean, tidy and spacious, and the old man has the heart to help us park in place. The hotel is very close to the Drow Mountain Scenic Area and it is very convenient to enter the scenic area. Here I tell a small thing that shows the responsibility and management of the hotel is very courteous. This hotel has a small flower room, this small flower room is well organized, each potted flowers are very clean and refreshing to raise eyes. At first glance, it is a serious and responsible person"s thing. It is very reliable, and it is respected. From a small thing, it shows that the hotel is not fooling people. It is a real thing. In terms of customer service, I have tried my best to do everything. Every potted flower seen in the hotel is carefully maintained. From the management of flowers to see their attitude and work spirit of people, thank you again.

There are very limited hotels on Nan"ao Island. We chose to choose here. There are not many hotel rooms. The swimming pool and pictures are different. Summer vacation is full of children. We can"t play at all. It"s too noisy. Just a few rooms. We stayed. At the time, there were only 2 tatami rooms. For 2 adults, the tatami bed was too uncomfortable. The thin layer of cushions caused lumbago to sleep. My friend went directly to the sofa on the first floor and fell asleep. At night, I can sit on the balcony to watch The stars chat, but the room really needs to be remodeled. The soundproofing is too bad. I can clearly hear the sound of the next room at night, which affects the quality of sleep. For a room of about 900 nights, I think it’s not worth it, but the island is really The limited choice. The little brother in the store is still very enthusiastic, but the hygiene and room quality need to be improved

This is pretty far from the city and has no public transport around. Very difficult to commute to the city from from. Families will find the location very attractive though as the hotel is located in a touristy neighborhood. However, if you are seriously strict schedule, you may want to have your transportation sorted out in advance if you are going to stay here.

The room was very nice but the breakfast buffet was terrible. If they can improve their food quality, i think this hotel will be a good choice to stay.

Hotel is on 6 floor (reception) but there is a conceirge waiting for you at lobby evem when 1 arrive at midnight and gladly help ypu with bag. Check out also very fast. Had a good sleep and rest. Most staff can speak english. They have 3 pin powerpoint on the wall so no need to borrow China adapter.

But be careful when you arrive late night at Shijiazhuang Airport - the taxi will rip you off with RMB300. I just negotiate to RM240 as airport getting dark. Maybe if hotel have pick up service it would be perfect.

this is a very excellent hotel that really meet 5 stars standard, however, i arrange with the hotel to get me a car to beijing, this is the whole problem, the driver whose name is "yan lian" is a total mob, talking on the phone while driving, smoking inside the car, exchange toll ticket to save toll money, and the worst is when reach beijing, he told us the car with the other state plate can"t go in beijing town center, we have to get another cab to go in, when we have arguement, this guy is in total ganster mood, so pls don"t get the hotel to arrahge the transport for you to avoid this problem, strongly suggest the hotel management to loook into this problem!!!

Me with wife were booked this hotel to go to a beach for a week and we are fully satisfied with our choice. QinHuanDao is cheaper that Beidahe, Beach opposite Safari (Wildlife) park is more comfortable and cleaner that Beidahe. Probable is better to book hotel

We read a bunch of reviews before we came here. They said bad food, smelly rooms, mosquitoes, and unfriendly staff... so we expected that. No other choice though, not many places take foreigners. The room we had (3 beds... we have a big family) was actually quite nice, and they upgraded us to a nicer (double room suite) at no cost. Rooms were nice, pretty safe for kids. Staff moved some furniture around for us to put two beds together so our kids could all sleep in one big bed. There was some occasional bathroom drain smell, but not always, and not too bad. No mosquitoes. Staff were super friendly... the hotel manager went and fetched some Band-Aids when she saw our son"s knee had taken some scrapes. Thought that was really nice of her. There"s a restaurant right on the street the rents property and name from the hotel, but is not associated with the hotel. Food there is "meh." The hotel has its own restaurant it owns though, and food there is not bad. Good hotel!

At first the front desk tried to flat out refuse us service. Then they tried to say we needed to pay more money. I don"t know exactly what was said in Chinese between my wife and the clerk but the argument sounded glorious. Eventually, the clerk relented after calling his boss. Then after having my passport inspected more thoroughly than by a customs agent at the airport we were able to take our room. The room was fine but I wouldn"t recommend going to that hotel unless you are a Chinese national.

Easy to find this hotel is well situated to visit the centre; you need a taxi (not expensive)to go to the big temples of tibetan obedience because they are in the outskirts of the town.

a very good hotel. the staff are well trained and do their best to make you feel welcome. very new and very clean. the rooms are spacious and the bed is superb. you get a great nights sleep and to me this is the most important aspect of a hotel. breakfast buffet has everything you want and presentation and quality are excellent.
