craigslist rotary table free sample

I"m fairly new to CL, looking for welder (stick, AC/DC or oxyacy). So I"ve been on it now for like a couple of months and every week, there"s this guy posting a 30" rotary table for $750 like clockwork. I mean, when his week expires, he reposts it right on the minute. Never went down in price. I"m thinking that since he"s so determined, he would get wider dissemination on eBay.
