Quad-Spindle 5C Collet Tilting 2-Axis Rotary. Requires Haas mill with 4th-and 5th-axis drives for true 4th- and 5th-axis operation. This unit has no collet closing capability as standard.

Use these rotary tables for all kinds of heavy machining and precision turning, capable as a 4th axis. Great for ultra-precise applications such as laboratory, production part rotation, inspection, indexing to precise angles, laser marking, angular testing and measurements. The intelligent programmable controller is integrated with motor--no messy wires.

Robust as a stand-alone unit with several modes to automate your rotation and indexing, and can be controlled by other CNC controllers. Excellent repeatability due to the ground worm gears. The table top center bearing is extremely precise: concentricity error is less than .0004 inches, typically as small as .0002 inches. This gives you ultra center positioning, and makes your parts very round.

The problem is in the equipment being too delicate to handle. He may have cutting edge technology. But, his asking price for this equipment is not worth the support that he gives, which is very little, if any... He makes claims that he has the very best! But, for the support he offers is not worth the money you pay. I had purchased five(5) motors from his company Excitron.com, for approximately $5,000.00. Once, he received the monies, and had sent the motors. You were pretty much on your own, after that! There"s very little support if any! He says "All is F. O. B. To which you are responsible for." He will not take responsibility for his actions on the flaws of his equipment, he would rather spend time building a list on all the things you had said, and correcting you on all the miss spellings you had made, and/or second guesses you on your thoughts or grammar, then lays blame on you!

Update: I had dismantle all of Excitron"s motors from my CNC machine. Two of the motors were attached to turntables. And, had to discard one turntable. The other had to be modified, and refitted. All motors have been replaced with inexpensive motors shipped in from China! They work very efficiently, and have had 90% savings in costs! Unfortunately, this has been a very expensive lesson for me, and now, I have no use for Excitron motors...
