Air compressor tank safety valve. This valve is rated to 150psi and has a maximum CFM discharge rating of 136cfm. This valve utilizes 1/4" NPT Male threads.

1/4 "FNPT M type female quick connector Milton have a basic flow size of 1/4" and an air flow of 40 SCFM. Made of hardened case steel and platinum-plated to resist mold, M-style connectors have a maximum pressure of 300 PSI.
