Miscellaneous duties including but not limited to offloading/backloading trucks, nipple up/down, care of the blowout preventer (BOP) system, and monitoring the operation of the shakers, return tanks, mud pits and chemical sack area.

As a Floorhand at Precision you will receive an hourly wage of $26.95 per hour, a $35 per diem and on the first day of the month following or coinciding with 60 days of continuous service you will be eligible for our comprehensive benefits including medical, health, and dental plans.

For Rehires (Previously Employed by Brigade): $1,500 sign-on bonus, with $750 payable after two weeks of employment and another $750 payable after 12 weeks of employment

The Workover Rig Crew Member (Derricks and Floors) works as part of a team to ensure all daily operational activities are performed in accordance with our policies and procedures to ensure the safety of our people and service delivery to our customers. Responsible for all work performed related to servicing of the well including rod basket and tubing board (transferring rods and tubing from the vertical racks to the elevator)

Responsible for stopping work if conditions are unsafe and reports concerns immediately, including all hazards or potentially hazardous situations, accidents, incidents and injuries

Pulls and lays down rods, tubing, casing, and other equipment as needed. At times, lifting of equipment may require the use of a forklift, winch, or assistance of other crew members

While performing the duties of this job the employee may be exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions. The employee may also be exposed to fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; risk of electrical shock and vibration. The noise level in the environment is moderate to loud depending upon the location.

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, walk; feel, grasp, reach and lift up to 25 pounds. Occasionally required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk, hear and smell; and lift more than 50 pounds. The vision requirements include: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
