Located in Detroit, Racine Hydraulics was founded in 1958. In 1997 the Racine was merged with Bosch Rexroth. Rexrothcontinues to support the PSV series vane pumps for new and replacement applications. As a carryover from the Racine Fluid Power legacy program, Rexrothcontinues to support the Racine PSV series vane pumps for both new and replacement applications. The PSV series, otherwise known as the SV or Silent Vane product line, has a very large installed base around the world. These variable displacement vane pumps have proven themselves in the most demanding applications and they have built an excellent reputation with the OEM and user markets.

Racine hydraulics was acquired by the Bosch Rexroth Group in 1997. Many Racine hydraulic pumps, hydraulic motors, valves and accumulators are today considered to be obsolete.

But here at Hydraulics Online we are still able to provide a wide variety of legacy equipment across the marketplace, and that includes Bosch Racine pumps and equipment.

Please contact us if you cannot see the Bosch Racine hydraulic equipment that you need – we’ll still be able to help across the range, whether with replacements units, spares or repairs.

Designed to feature few movable parts, gear pumps are smooth operators at high pressures of up to 210 bar.  These pumps have high speeds of up to 3000 to 6000 rpm. Gear ring, external gear, screw spindle and internal gear are typical examples of gear pumps.

Piston pumps are designed to support large fluid flows at high pressures within hydraulic systems. These pumps find use in the marine, industrial, offshore, and mobile and construction equipment. Radial fixed, radial variable, axial fixed and axial variable displacement pumps are examples of piston pumps.

Vane pumps are designed for lower fluid flow pulsations (consistent flows). This means vane pumps operate at high speeds yet produce low noise levels. Denison single, Denison double, variable displacement, fixed displacement and Denison triple are examples of vane pumps.

Screw pumps are designed to support high fluid flow in low pressure environments. They include double end, single end, multi-rotor timed, single rotor and multi-rotor untimed.

The essence of hydraulic pumps in hydraulic systems is clear at this point. This means if they fail, your hydraulic system’s proper functioning is impaired. As a result, your system can realize reduced performance and thus production. Your company can also suffer serious losses in terms of customers and finances.

Don’t worry because this is where IMS comes in to offer you hydraulic repair services. We offer hydraulic pump repair services to ensure your systems are back up and running, working as expected. As a result, the performance of your mobile or industrial machinery improves, leading to increased productivity and ROI. What’s more, we stock various hydraulic pumps to ensure that in case there’s need for replacement, we get the job done very fast.

When you’re looking for a new hydraulic pump, there are many things to consider. You want one that can withstand the demands of your application, whether it’s a heavy-duty industrial machine or a farm tractor. You want one that will last for years without breaking down or burning out. And you want one that’s easy to install and maintain.

OEM Centrifugal pumps – Centrifugal pumps are popular for high-pressure applications because they only have one moving part: an impeller wheel that spins within a volute casing to create pressure through centrifugal force. These pumps work well in both high-pressure and low-pressure applications, but they’re not recommended for use in dirty environments like construction sites or farms because they can clog up with dirt particles over time.

OEM Diaphragm pumps – Diaphragm pumps contain no moving parts at all; instead, they use a flexible diaphragm that expands and contracts as pressurized fluid travels through it to generate pressure inside the pump body itself. Diaphragm pumps are ideal for use in dirty environments because they’re self-cleaning and don’t require replacement parts to work properly. In fact, diaphragm pumps are often used in industrial applications where high pressure is required and the flow of liquid must be consistent over time.

OEM Gear pumps-Gear pumps are designed for maximum efficiency and speed, so they are commonly used in industrial processes where speed is important. They also require less maintenance than other types of pump because they have fewer moving parts and seals that can wear out over time . The downside of gear pumps is that they are expensive and often require an electric motor to run them. Piston pumps-Piston pumps are powered by a hand crank or an electric motor, so they can be used in applications where diaphragm or gear pumps would not be appropriate. They’re also relatively inexpensive compared with other types of pump systems, which makes them ideal for use in residential settings where water pressure needs are minimal.

OEM Vane pumps-These are the most commonly used type of pump in production. They use a rotating cylinder with vanes to generate pressure by moving fluid through the vanes from one side to another. They have a relatively high pressure ratio, which means they can generate a lot of pressure with very little flow. They’re also relatively inexpensive and easy to maintain.
