Cartridge mechanical seal construction is a proven reliability improvement. The seals are pre-assembled at the factory, pressure tested and shipped as a unit, leading to improved performance as errors due to incorrect installation are reduced. Cartridge construction eliminates the need to measure and set spring compression, and having a mechanical seal pre-assembled means that the seal faces are protected from damage during installation.

Mechanical Seal and Service (MS&S) was established and incorporated in 2004 and has been a partner of AESSEAL® since 2008. MS&S is a wholly owned subsidiary of AESSEAL®. Located at the epicenter of the Permian Basin Oil and Gas industry in Odessa, Texas, our customers include many industries throughout the West Texas area, including localized customers. MS&S offers repair and manufacturing of AESSEAL® seals and a variety of non-AESSEAL® seals. With full in-house machining for manufacturing mechanical seals, including Carbon Machining Operations, CNC and manual machining, and lapping and testing of mechanical seals to API 682 specifications.
