“I was rear ended and this company was where I took my new car to for repairs. It took 2 months for the parts to arrive. I took my car in in mid-July to be repaired. I receive occasional emails moving the date my car will be ready. When I call to inquire about it I am told the additional parts needed are on back order. Last call they told me part was here and I would get it soon and the tech would call me. No call back and when I called again I was informed that the part received was the wrong one and the part is still on back order. It’s mid-November and I have been without a car for four months!!!! I am not a happy customer!!!!”

Issue credit slips for parts returned, ensuring that the original invoice or its number, is available so that purchase and pricing can be verified. Exceptions must be approved by the Parts Manager or Office Manager.
